I booked with Booking but I was unable to stay because the property canceled my reservation. They tried to charge the cost of the reservation at 4pm on the day of arrival, but as I had no network on my phone I was unable to change the associated credit card, which did not have full availability (despite the fact that payment had to be made at the facility). As soon as I realized this, around 7pm, I immediately called the facility who reiterated that the reservation had been canceled and they no longer had room in the entire facility. At that time I couldn't find an available hotel nearby so I had to travel 3 hours back home. I hadn't notified the facility about the time I would arrive because check in could be done until 11.30pm, but I imagine that not having seen us arrive, they thought well of giving our room to someone else who perhaps had shown up at the facility. Unhelpful staff. Not recommended.
