Budget friendly, come here if u on budget, can enjoy the view and nice air, vibrant, happy with fresh air, hotel have shampoo, shower gel, and provide hanger, if u wash clothes, free water, where u can refill ur own,

A lovely homestay this. Staff are very helpful to guests in assisting for tuktuk rides early for sunrise or organizing safari tours. The free breakfast was great too, as was the traditional rice & curry requested at dinner time. The location is great, plus it's a lovely environment to relax on a hammock with a can of Lion after a long day.

I stayed here for two nights in December 2024. While the owners were very pleasant, and the food was "decent", the homestay itself really was not that nice. I stayed here two nights with two other friends. The beds were "adequate", but the shower was a complete joke. The sink also did not work properly. I mean if this is the only place that's available, sure, go ahead and book it. There were several other oddities and things which did not work quite right. It at least seemed safe, but there were plenty of other options on the same road, and I suspect that several of them are much nicer with a similar cost.

This is a very nice family owned homestay. The family is amazing and very welcoming. They helped us a lot with transportation and the planning of our excursions. We tried multiple times the food and the mom of the owner is a beyond good chef and the price was also very cheap. The rooms were very clean and the wifi worked well. It’s a great experience for those who love to be surrounded by nature ! Would really recommend!! P.S: they also had a water purifier so you don’t need to bring your water!

Excellent little family run guesthouse. The owners helped us so much by giving us advice on when to see the Lion Rock and Pidurangula, drove us around in their tuk tuk when we needed it and provided us with a delicious dinner and breakfast! Would definitely reccomend for anyone wanting to stay in Sigiriya. Clean and friendly!

Some of the best food we had in Sri Lanka. The family couldn’t do enough for us and made our stay easy and without hassle. It is no surprise that one guest staying there at the same time as us had stayed for 20 days. It is in the perfect location and only a short walk to Lion Rock and other restaurants. One of my favourite stays in Sri Lanka.

Lovely. Great family run home stay. Provide good rooms and food for a reasonable price. Family are decent people and we felt safe. Home stay is close to town and rock. We hired scooters to drive around. Lots of natural life - elephants/ birds etc

What could be better for the welcome, the location, the comfort, the cleanliness, the availability, the calm and I forget some. Close to the main road and next to the Lion Rock, this family guest house is everything we were looking for. The mother cooks divinely well, and she is very available, the father takes care of his beautiful garden, and Prabash the son is adorable, he offers excursions and transport either by tuk-tuk or by car. He even picked us up at the airport 3 hours away. The prices are very reasonable. He took us to Polonaruwa, Dambula and Anuradhapura. The lion rock is very close as well as bars and restaurants and shops 10 minutes walk away. We stayed 4 nights. The price / quality ratio is exceptional.
