Nothing special. Could be great bc the property is beautiful, but way overpriced. We stayed in much nicer places in Sri Lanka for much much less. The staff was nice. We made a reservation on trip advisor and they didn’t have it when we got there and needed a place for two nights, they only had one.

We arrived in time in the rain. Staff nowhere to be seen and reception area wet and disorganised. Eventually some staff came and could have find our paperwork. The family room is ok. A bit dark and some dusty appliances. Breakfast. Dire. Nescafé sachets and they won’t even leave the jug of water with you. It’s table service and it’s SLOW! (Like everything else here). Juice is fake and sweet, toast is cold. Eggs were ok. Bar service SLOW and confused. No clue what they have or how much it costs! We had to ask them to turn the outside lights on. Basic stuff guys! There is zero atmosphere in the bar or restaurant… staff invisible or just confused. Didn’t clean our room all day when we were out. Location is great.

We had a comfortable stay while on our travels around Sri Lanka. The room was large and clean. Staff helpful and friendly. We arrived too late to use the pool but it did look inviting. No mosquitos so no nets in the room but I wasn’t bitten and they usually like me. Breakfast ok, a little basic but some lovely fresh fruits.

The resort is good choice for stay at Sigriya. The supervisory staff is very professional and made stay very comfortable. The personal supervision of services to guests by Mr Ravindra, Resort manager and Ms Premali, front office made our family stay a very unique experience. Food specially the local cuisines were delightful. Overall good value for money

What a pity! The hotel is actually great. Our room was huge with a nice terrace, super clean and otherwise you can't complain. The staff is very friendly, the food is good and there is flexibility in the kitchen if you would rather have a local curry instead of what is on the menu. But: The road to the hotel is a single pothole and there is no sign at the intersection 200 meters in front of the hotel that this is where it goes. We almost turned around to look for accommodation somewhere else.

Beautiful hotel, surrounded by nature and beautiful birds, so quiet and peaceful. The bed is extremely comfortable, the shower is great, the rooms are spacious. Short walking distance to Sigiriya rock and to Sigiriya town. The pool is beautiful and extremely clean, with an awesome view. Stuff are really helpful and extremely cordial. Special mention to the restaurant staff. The food is amazing, the chefs are lovely. A special thanks to Sunil and Guilan (the restaurant staff) they represent the best of Sri Lanka, the people. Will always be in our hearts. If we come back to Sri Lanka we will definitively will stay here. Ayubowan.

Wanted to leave a review for this amazing getaway I went for a much needed short break for 1 night having stayed here month ago personally I loved it!!. It is a beautiful hotel, the rooms were big and modern and the hotel grounds immaculately presented. Had a breathtaking view overlooking the lake grounds and it was beautiful sight every morning. Basically my fav was the view of Sigiriya and Pidurangala :) Staff is so nice and accommodating. Can't wait to go back
