The towels and bedding are very worn and need replacing. Towels were smelly in contact with water after first use. Bedding do not smell fresh at all.

It really is a boutique hotel, unlike many others. Beautiful room and bathroom and friendly staff. So quiet, off the main streets. Plenty of hot water, towels and bedding are fine, bed is comfortable. And there is a kettle in the room for bonus points!

The place is really nice and people very pleasant but the food is not what I was expecting. Some of the plates have very weird condiments and others have no taste .. the mojito I ordered has nothing to do with the real thing. The music is good for an elevator.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel during our Romanian road trip. Super helpful staff and an amazing place to stay. Each room is unique and it felt like a fairytale palace. Breakfast was included. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. We had a great time and would return immediately. Highly recommend this boutique hotel on your stay in Signișoara.

Quirky hotel which has been beautifully restored. Staff were really helpful and gave great ideas for days out in the area. Used parking app to park just outside the Citadel walls. Selection available at breakfast was good. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable on our road trip which was only downside.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here - the location is amazing as it sits on the quiet cobblestone street at the city walled citadel, and it feels like you are stepping back in time. We arrived at midnight and were given clear instructions how to enter the building. One thing that I could not fathom is why the staff needed to wait until the last moment to provide the instructions - it was a bit bizarre. The hotel is wonderfully decorated, and the breakfast is great. We felt like the staff could have been a bit friendlier - it felt like the guy was annoyed when we asked him some questions. Maybe he was having a bad day. In any case, the hotel is worth the experience!!

A location with a "purely medieval feel". A medieval of the best quality. Cleanliness, service, breakfast, all 10. Hospitality and passion for excellence. A hotel suitable for all age groups. I felt the warmth of this place and will highly recommend it.

This hotel is a very good stay in Sighisoara old town. It’s lovely decoration and style make it a home. We were unlucky, because the guests above us were quite noisy and the wooden floors do not isolate at all. Plus the church bells will wake you early in the morning. But apart from that, it was comfortable, spacious and gave an easy access to the city center.
