Well, where do we start? Not a 5* resort. 3* is about right. The gardens are well kept but the rooms are dated and in need of repair. It is generally clean, not everyone speaks English but the reception staff do. The electricity goes off 2 or 3 times a day in our room and only two plugs too! The food is cheap but ok, hardly any meat or fish but we are making the best of it. Drinks before 23.00 are all inclusive but special cocktails range from €13 for a mojito to €25 for a pina colada!! Dissapointed here. Nothing to do in the region either, no markets or anything else. If you are not in a reasonable physical condition don't go, it is a very steep climb all over the resort!

We had a great holiday here, we were worried after reading some reviews but when we arrived we had nothing to worry about at all, despite having a few issues they were always very quick to help, including having a powered wheelchair which was unable to get into the room the maintenance team built a ramp until we could change to a different room 2 days later. We feel everyone working there was very welcoming including reception staff, sandwich staff, bar and restaurant staff, even down to maintenance staff we were able to communicate through google translate. Entertainment team work very hard and the shows were good. On their last day our transfer didn’t arrive and the guy on reception done everything possible to help so we didn’t miss our flight and even messaged when we got home to check we arrived home safely. The hills are a bit of a challenge if you are going with a wheelchair but we did still manage to get to most places apart from the cave, all in all a very enjoyable holiday.

I read some negative comments before we went away but if you're going, don't worry, it's a really lovely hotel. It's in a lovely location; it has it's own beach with lots of sun beds, and it's kept really clean. We're not big on joining in activities but there was loads to join in with if that's your thing! Our room was quiet at night but not too far from the evening show and pool (which again was really clean,) The food was really varied and well done,- kept very well and hygienic. Reception was very helpful, despite my lack of Turkish, and everyone was very friendly.

I enjoyed my holidays here! Very good hotel and the best animation team!! I absolutely loved every moment here! All the members are very friendly and full of energy! Zumba class with Sallouha was my favourite! I attended every day! It was a lot of fun!

We are here on holiday now and it is the most beautiful setting. I was worried having read some reviews but there was no need it is a lovely relaxed hotel and the food has been delicious. The resort is set out with so many different features including the cove, the waterfall, lovely pools and so many eateries dotted around. Yesterday I enjoyed a top class massage in the Turkish bath. Fantastic value for money highly recommend.

Very good pools, entertainment team very friendly and provide lots of games to keep you occupied. Evening entertainment is always good, with a variety of dancing, singing and other acts. Souhir was especially friendly and provided plenty of help!

The best place I've been, the food is great, rooms are also good,but the people who works there are the best, always nice always positive, it just feels so good to be here,the whole animation team is so great and positive towards people here especially Souhir she’s the sweetest one here always brings positive vibes and smile on our faces, definitely my favorite one! I would tottaly recommend this resort to everyone.

who goes to have a quiet rest, coffee on the balcony with a view of the sea and close to a normal and small beach, then take a room with a view of the sea. The food is normal. Many Germans, Poles, there were French, Swedes. There were very few Russians...but there were, unfortunately. Two pools for families with children, the elderly, one for young people. The central beach...for everyone, but there are 2 small beaches for relaxation and snorkelers. Very friendly staff!!! Restaurant with a view of the sea, very beautiful.
