Tesisin lokasyonu, bahçe alanları, odalar çok iyiydi. Üç farklı havuz alanları güzel, ancak şezlong/ şemsiyeler yetersizdi. Denize ulaşım zorlu, özellikle odaya dönüş yaşlı bir sakin için yorucuydu. Bir iki kez sorulduğunda araba kullanımına çok sıcak bakılmadığı hissettiriliyordu. Halk plajı çok kalabalık, içiçe ve tahta şezlonglar yaşlılar için hiç uygun değil. Oradaki özel büfeden 2. gün hafif hasarlı bir plastik sandalye bulduk. Konuyla ilgili otelden yardım alamadık. Diğer deniz platfofmları ise görsel olarak keyifliydi, denize giremesemde, diskodaki sandalyelerde oturarak manzaranın keyfine vardım.
Yemekler çok iyiydi! Her şey lezzetli, taze ve çeşitliydi. Özellikle tatlı büfesini çok beğendim.
Yemek saatleri arasında sadece içecek tedariği olması (çoğu yerde çay dahi yok), atıştırmalık ikramların bulunmaması üzücü. Harry Potter çok uzak ve öğle yemeğine bir günlük alternatif olabilir ancak. Poğaça büfesinin ürünleri lezzetli ama farklı ikramlara da ihtiyaç var. 80+ misafiriniz olarak konaklamamda günübirlik yatısız kızım refakat etti. Ona uygulanan günlük ücret çok yüksekti ve 10-6 arası saat sınırı kısa ve otelin denetim biçimi hiç uygun değildi. Genel olarak özel ihtiyaç ve ricalara karşı personelin yaklaşımı olumsuz ve insiyatif gücü düşüktü. Övgülerin yanında eleştirilerimi iyileştirme adına iletiyorum. Sonuç olarak özenli bahçe bakımı, rahat oda ve leziz yemeklerle birlikte animasyon ekibinin keyifli gösterileriyle huzurlu ve eğlenceli bir tatil geçirdim, teşekkür ederim.

We went for a week - 3 adults and 2 kids. The staff was friendly and attentive. Beautiful gardens and location - just walking in the area is a pleasure. The food was delicious anda lot to choose from . I have to give extra points to the animation team. They really do a great job. Our daughters loved the minidisco and other activities. The only downside was that the room was a bit too small for us ( not a big deal but could be a bit more spacious ). Overally recommend for a family stay.

First time here and we would highly recommend it. It's a big hotel with beautiful views to the sea. Great pools and sea swimming. The sunset is beautiful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There are lots of activities, something for everyone. The food is lovely and a good variety. All staff are friendly and helpful. I must especially mention the amazing animation team led by Mert, the entertainment manager- super guy. They are so welcoming, friendly, fun and inclusive. The whole team are truly fantastic but I need to give a special mention to Yusra (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) She is a superb entertainer, we will miss you!

It is a nice and friendly family hotel. The accomodaties is good and clean. A lot of different food and restaurants. The entertainment team is nice and friendly. You can go outside to the next Village. A small shopping area next to the hotel. Not so much to do outside but price-quality very good.

Wonderful hotel and location! Staff were so friendly and treated us amazingly. Great facilities and activities for kids and we'd definitely come back. The animation team really go above and beyond to be friendly and fun and put on great events for the kids.
