We stayed at the Palm Bay Club, in The Tower, right on the Gulf! View from the 7th floor was beautiful! The apartment was well furnished; decor was nice/beachy. Perfect 1 bedroom for our 4 night stay! Pool is a little bit of a walk, near the office/street. Our preference was the beach, so worked out fine. We did try to use the hot tub at the Palm Bay across the street. It was hot, but no bubbles.

We have been coming to Palm Bay Club on and off for last 20 years. I think this is our last. We love Siesta Key and have great memories of PBC. Unfortunately, the property has gotten dated. We have had unit 309 the last three years and literally not one item has changed. The bathrooms are old and poorly repaired, the couches are old, the dining room chairs are old, broken and dirty. Besides the unit, the grounds and exterior of buildings all need a refresher. I'll give a pass on the landscaping due to the hurricanes but other properties have recovered quicker. Sad to see but without an overhaul it is not worth the premium price they charge.

We were there at the end of February and beginning of March. Great place. On the 11th floor, the view was superb. The only visible damage from the two hurricanes were a few boarded windows (not in our rental) and some missing palm fronds. The clean up work has been very effective. The beach sand was all there and as powdery as ever. The water was around 68 degrees, a liitle chilly, but we could wade in it. The red tide map showed the area around Siesta Key as being clear the whole time we were there. The best part (among a number of great parts) was the swimming pool. Sherry and I are both lappers and the pool was exceptional. Big enough for long laps and heated to a comfortable level to make entry easy, but not too hot to swim for stretches of time. Check in and check out were quick and easy, and the counter staff always helped with a smile. Traffic on Siesta Key can be a crawl during the day. Evenings generally were not a problem, but the daytime demanded extra time in planning if driving was involved.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my current stay at Palm Bay Club, unit 363 Check-in Date, 03/08/2025. The property was misrepresented in the listing, and the actual conditions were unacceptable and unsanitary. Upon arrival, I found the property to be in an extremely poor state, including but not limited to the following: The property was filthy, with dirty walls and an overall lack of cleanliness. The towels and bedding were dirty and unhygienic. The beds were uncomfortable and not as described. There was no designated parking spot despite the listing stating otherwise. There are no grills despite the listing stating otherwise. The ice maker is broken. We were not provided with a parking tag. These conditions were not only disappointing but also unacceptable for a rental property. Given the significant misrepresentation and failure to meet basic hygiene and comfort standards, I kindly requested a full refund.

This was my 5th time staying at The Palm Bay Club. This condo was the best one yet!! Everything was perfect. The furniture was very comfortable and the open air balcony was a delight. I will definitely stay there again. Only one inconvenience and that was the elevator. The past few times I have stayed in the tower one of the elevators has been out of service.

My sister and I stayed in Unit 313 while we visited with family. A great location no matter where u want to go in Siesta Key! We walked into the village for breakfast in the mornings and relaxed in the unit after our supper. Quiet and imnaculately clean place. The staff could never do enough to help. They always greet u as they pass by. We felt secure both as two women travelling alone but also for our rental car. It was so nice that other family want to stay next time we are there! Highly recommend Palm Bay Club!

If you are considering going to Siesta Key, you should consider somewhere else. We booked a four night stay and then Hurricane Helene came through a few days later. I reached out to Palm Bay Beach Club and asked for refund, which was refused even though we had already paid in full for our stay and the area had severe damage from the storm surge and was declared a disaster area by FEMA. In fact “Tamie Marie” from the Palm Bay Beach Club told me to “…contact my attorney” when I asked for a refund - thanks for the advice, I’m going to take you up on your suggestion. Take it from me - don’t risk it. Stay somewhere else, anywhere else would be better.

The condo we rented was great but we couldn't enjoy the balcony because they were doing construction in the next building on the property. The noise woke us up and we couldn't even be outside because it was so loud. There was no disclosure on the website or airbnb or else I wouldn't have booked it.
