Everything was correct, only 1 small towel, 1 small plate and glasses or cups were missing. We asked for a terrace/balcony or a view down, no matter. View upwards (trees) and there was no terrace or balcony. We were waiting for advice.

Truly shameful treatment. I had visited them on another occasion with the family but it will not happen again. It is regrettable and pathetic the treatment that has been given to me on the telephone and that such incompetent people have them working in customer service. Not very human, embarrassing and humiliating.
