I went to the 3000 apartments with my partner this January 2022 and the experience was very disappointing. Apart from confirming everything people say in their comments about it being small, dirty and not helping or managing the ski passes, we had a problem in which they helped even less. We booked the accommodation for 5 days. On the third day in the morning we felt unwell, so we took an antigen test and it came out that I had caught covid. Out of respect for the rest of the people who are there on holiday and trying to do things right, we took the car that same morning and left, notifying the company of the situation at that very moment. Since we pay for the insurance for cancellation due to covid, we told them that we would like to recover some of the money we had paid and they told us that they needed an official test for this. After paying the €35 for the official test in Granada, we sent it to them and they told us that they were doing everything possible with the accommodation, but that they remain firm in billing the entire stay. I do not recommend it at all, totally disappointed.
