Excellent stay in all aspects: - spectacular service, continuously attentive and service - the outdoor terrace to take some air-ski with an impressive view and very good letter - Many very well-placed areas and with a lot of charm for between hours. - Most complete and good quality breakfast - The rooms with good air conditioning and no detail was missing - We used the sports massage service that was offered and was francly good and professional. - The only thing you could put as a stick is that it is not at a reasonable distance to walk to the pradollano, but they supplied it with a magnificent transfer service and with the chair at the door of the hotel that gets you very quickly. - Also, you can go out and get in skiing from the same door of the hotel.

Noisy, noisy, noisy. We had read reviews that this place was noisy but no way was I expecting this. We were on the -2 level, below the restaurants and lounge area. It is impossible to get to sleep whilst people are moving chairs, tables and trolley above you. On weekends this can go to the early hours, only to be repeated again at 6am when they get the restaurant ready for breakfast. Add to this the paper thin walls and doors and you can hear the neighbors in the bathroom next door. People walking outside the room as if there wasn't a wall there. Room are extremely small and badly designed, not only is there next to no light, you can't open the wardrobe doors as the bed are in the way. The lounge area is very nice to hang around in when not skiing but service here is a bit hit and miss if you want a drink or tapas as the staff cant be found when you need them. It is the only area where you get anything decent wifi wise as it is next to useless in the room. This is not a four star experience. which is a pity because the potential is there. Location right on Plaza Andalucia is perfect.

We have stayed here almost every year (COVID) for over 6 years. The location and offered parking is nice. There have been little upkeep and no noticeable upgrades in the last 6 years. Today, I asked for the shower light to be changed and 7 hours later we took our showers in the dark. The showers have filled with water for the last 6 years and it's never been fixed. The dining room tables at breakfast were dirty, even after being wiped down. This is a ski area and we need to hang all of our ski clothes to dry for the next day. Our room had ZERO hooks or places to hang coats and pants. I'm pretty sure this is the last time I will stay here. It is too run-down. The loads of school groups that stay here and run around the halls can have it. I will go somewhere nicer.

Having read many of the reviews before we arrived, I was expecting to feel disappointed with our choice of hotel. On the contrary, we had a very nice stay there and would go there again. The hotel was nice and warm, but our bedroom was not too hot. The beds / pillows were comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of shelves and good lighting. There was one English TV channel - BBC News. We were on the 4th floor and we could not hear the nightclub that others have mentioned. The staff were very nice and we enjoyed sitting in the lounge bar where there was a good selection of drinks available, and they were reasonably priced for a hotel. Breakfast was good and the bar snacks looked very nice, though we didn't order any ourselves, as we had already eaten. The availability of 'snow gear' lockers was good. The information said that the garage was charged per part of day of use- we were at the hotel just under 24 hours ( over 2 days) and were only charged for one day, which we thought was fair. It is worth noting that the garage is small, so we were pleased we had a small car on this occasion. Also, you have to depart the car park by 2pm, which can be tricky if you're up on the slopes! Unfortunately, the spa etc did not open until 4:00p.m. which was a shame, as I was not doing snow Sports and had the whole day to entertain myself! ideally I would choose a hotel like the Kenia in ambience and facilities but with a Spa that I could use during the day. The hotel is situated close to the town center but you do need to go down approx 100 steps to get down to the gondola. We were able to check in early on our day of arrival, and feel we were given a 'quiet room' which we had requested - both much appreciated. Thanks Hotel Kenia!
