Excellent bathroom, huge bedroom with double bed. The closet already has several hangers, which was very useful. The kitchen has plates, cutlery, plastic containers, oven and stove. The house has a washing machine and you can hang your clothes on a movable clothesline (if it's raining, the room is so big that you can hang them on it without any problems). Vittoria, the owner, is very friendly and nice. I really enjoyed my stay at the Villa!

Really great hospitality! I stayed at the Villa for 5 months as part of my Erasmus trip and I must say it was a real pleasure to stay in such a beautiful medieval villa with an amazing view. The room was big, clean and cozy. I really felt come a casa mia.

I stayed here during my Erasmus exchange for 5 months. The room I rented was really nice. The location of the house was also perfect because I could walk everywhere very easily, and the view from the house was also beautiful. If there were any problems it was always resolved quickly.

Vittoria was so lovely and welcoming! The room was very comfortable and spacious with a bathroom right next to the room. There were no issues with noise around, despite being close to a busy road. A phenomenal view and perfectly located for access to the old town in Siena right across the road, as well as the train station and buses which are all very close by.

Very friendly. Very easy to check in and out. Large spacious room with character and good views. Very spacious bathroom and use of an extensive kitchen and garden area with beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside. The hostess spoke very good English

Amazing host! Always responsive and excellent communication. We stayed here to see the Palio and when it was delayed for a day after rain, Vittoria even offered to extend our stay just so we could see it. Great quality for the price, and it has very nice facilities as well.

I stayed at Villa Socini in May, the owner was very polite and friendly, she was also very flexible on both our arrival and departure times. The place was filled with history and sits just opposite to the city walls and one of its gates. The property offers an Italian charm and has a wonderful view of Siena hills from its patio. We were given tips of restaurants and places to visit which otherwise we wouldn't know as tourists. Highly recommend staying at Villa Socini, definitely a pleasurable and authentic Italian experience!

I got there and made my booking throught a booking website, when I got to the place the owner a young lady told me the booking was not paid, that I had to pay in cash. I wanted to check because I thought the reservation was already paid. She told me that I had to pay or leave the room that she didnt care.. it was a small missunderstanding but her bad attitude made all the difference. The place is nice , well located and clean but because of that situation I would not recommend it.
