The worst thing about this hotel is that I booked a meal that included breakfast, but they didn't give me a breakfast coupon. When I arrived at the designated place for breakfast, the restaurant staff said I needed a breakfast coupon, but the hotel staff didn't take the initiative to give it to me. This is very bad, and guests should not be treated like this!
