The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Dilapidated room and terrible cleanliness, dilapidated bathroom without ventilation system, dust everywhere especially in the blind spots and under the bed. No soundproofing, both between the rooms and with the outside.

It happened by chance - given that the hotel I usually go to was fully booked - I stopped even on the night of August. Cramped room with very noisy air conditioning and a view of the revenue agency car park. Bathroom to be "reviewed" with serious maintenance. At 5.00 in the morning a group of tourists from the east made a crazy mess: laughter, screams, shouts, doors slammed. Nobody intervened. The sarabande continued undisturbed for over half an hour. Just enough time to fall back asleep and the rhythmic sound of an alarm inside the hotel starts. Here too, no intervention for several minutes. For 90 euros (100 with breakfast) you would expect a decent bathroom and the possibility of sleeping. None of this was granted to me

Excellent hotel, welcoming, helpful, elegant, discreet staff. The food is good and the waiters are polite and friendly, the welcome is splendid. I highly recommend it. I hope to return as soon as possible.

We stayed a couple of nights at this hotel. I found good cleanliness, kind and competent staff and I refer in particular to Mr. Mauro, the restaurant waiter who certainly contributed to having one of the stars in this review. Good food with fixed menu. For those traveling by car it is in a very convenient position. I don't give 5 stars because there is still something to fix in the rooms and I would also have preferred dessert to have also been included in our rate.

Surely at the end of the renovation it will be very nice but hospitality and kindness cannot be acquired with a beautiful structure and fortunately they already have both. Very kind staff both at reception and in the restaurant, where the dishes we ate were truly delicious.

Hotel well located on the outskirts of Siena: you can easily reach the City Center either on foot (if you like to walk around 20 to 30 minutes) or by bus. Very professional and friendly welcome. Good quality breakfast and restaurant. On the other hand, the soundproofing is poor: you can hear your roommates. The bathroom in our room needed to be renovated and I think that the floor staff don't always do their job very seriously: poorly made bed, forgetting towels. However, the quality/price ratio remains interesting.
