The location is not far from the station, the room is incredibly spacious, and the hot water works great. The price is also very reasonable, so there's no reason not to stay here.
It's about a 10-minute walk to the bell tower, and it's quiet and easily accessible.
If I ever return to Siena, I'll definitely stay here again.
Just make sure to check your email when checking in!
It's self-check-in, so if you don't check your email, it'll be hard to find your room.

La ubicación está bastante bien. A unos 15min. de la estación de Siena FS y dentro de la zona amurallada.
La habitación era algo pequeña para tres personas.
Pero con lo suficiente para pasar un noche. Fuimos en el mes de agosto y por suerte habia un pequeño ventilador, porqué en la habitación hacia un calor horrible

The property was nice and centrally located. Easy access to the Cathedral and Basilica. We got lucky with parking by finding a spot100 feet from the front door. Didn’t move the car for 3 days. The bathroom was very small and the shower even smaller. I’m 6-3 and While trying to was my feet I would hit the shower controls and turn the water, hot to cold or off. My wife at 5-2 didn’t have any issues. Also 3 flights of stairs with luggage was a bit difficult. Other than those issues, we enjoyed our stay

It was a lovely charming apartement with a cozy and comfortable bed. It's a bit cold this time of year but there was a thoughtful little heater and big wool blanket in the room in addition to the radiator which was very warm. Great sleep! Lovely space and everything feels quite walkable here in Siena.

I stayed two nights in this B&B with the whole family… I’ll start by saying that under the scorching sun of 4:30 pm in July, no one welcomed us… there was a key tied as if we were on a treasure hunt on the handle of the reception… there were four of us including children and when we entered the room we noticed dust everywhere… hellish heat without air conditioning and missing towels not exactly for the four of us and three pillows instead of four… leaving all this aside, the matter ended with a fine of €65 for having traveled through the ZTL area where the B&B is located when arriving at the hotel… because the owner of the B&B did not take care of having us sign the permit with the rules dictated by the Municipality of Siena and personally in all the historic cities visited with an overnight stay in a ZTL area, something like this has never happened to us because the hoteliers have always taken care of it… I conclude that we were neglected in everything and it was a very negative experience (luckily Siena satisfies you differently for its beauty)

Booked for a hot August evening. Easy to find structure reachable only by passing through the ztl. Therefore registration is required through the municipality website. Easy to find parking in front of the structure. Stairs to reach the apartments, room without air conditioning and with only one small fan. No mosquito net on the window where we find an anthill. They show us an area where we can smoke. Even though we are not smokers, we take a walk and see that the structure has a beautiful garden, but it has not been cared for for years. Fortunately, the rest of the room has been recently renovated, everything is new, we do not suffer too much from the heat, the minibar is ok, the wi fi works, the bathroom is small but functional. Price not high considering the area. With a little more attention to detail it would be an unmissable solution for those going to Siena.

Two camp beds with double mattress, old and rough sheets, duvet (still on the bed even though it was the end of June), bedspread... better not to say. On the floor super dusty fake parquet slabs. A very old chair and a sort of desk, mind you not ancient but OLD POOR QUALITY FURNITURE. The only source of air was a very old window that we couldn't open because, since there was no mosquito net, we were afraid that various animals could come up from the uncultivated garden below. Security? I don't understand how they manage to have the authorizations as a business open to the public. Worse than those camped out due to force majeure. Non-standard sockets, non-standard fan powered in an unsafe way. Very important to mention the bathroom where there was a dirty toilet, a small sink, a particularly vintage hair dryer and, last but not least, a shower that you can only access if you are not a few extra pounds
