Best Western Hotel San Marco

The exterior is very inconspicuous, the interior decoration is quite unique, the bathroom is large and clean, and it is close to the attractions!

It was a shame that the location was not good, and I was so depressed that it would affect my future. The staff's customer service attitude was very good, and it was a relief that the entire hotel and rooms were very clean, and I think that the quality of the towels was quite high. It's unfortunate that this is rare in the hotel industry these days. They were flexible in responding to my sauna request, and I think their sincere attitude and smile are a sign of high hospitality. However, I do have the impression that the photos of the sauna and other facilities are exaggerated. In reality, it was a little smaller. I was also concerned that the water was lukewarm. It was a shame that there were no vegetables in the breakfast. The food at the Best Western I had in France, especially the breakfast, was wonderful, and I was almost satisfied with the view. The attitude of the staff was also the same, and it was very comfortable. This may be the color of Best Western. I would like to go to France again. The staff this time were so good that I felt that way. It was a shame that the location was not good, and it would have been really nice if there had been a bathtub in the room.

Good value for money hotel. Good facilities, but the rooms are not large. It is well located, at the entrance to Siena and you can walk to the historic center. Good breakfast and great service from the entire team. We had a problem with the heating, but it was resolved the next day. The local temperature had dropped to an average of 10°C and we were freezing to death because the hotel's heating system was off. After some insistence, management had the good sense to grant our request to turn the system back on.

Very nice place, excellent quality/price. The room was very clean and quiet, the comfortable bathroom including a bidet. The hotel staff are very kind and friendly, always ready to help you, they advised us where to eat and were willing to book a table for us. The hotel is easily reachable from the motorway, just over 1 km away is the Santa Caterina di Siena car park, which is located near the mobile ramps that lead to the cathedral and therefore to the historic part of the city. We went one day by car using the Santa Caterina car park and the next day on foot, because in any case in 15 minutes you can reach the escalators, which are very convenient for visiting a wonderful city like Siena. The breakfast was very abundant, both sweet and savory breakfast with quality products. New and well done hotel
