B&B Siena in Centro - Diffuso

I was a little confused because the structure was such that I couldn't check in/out at all after a certain time, but they kindly welcomed me in a situation that could have been a nuisance. It was a really good accommodation that faithfully performed the function of a B&B.

This hotel has nothing but flaws except for its location: 1. The outdoor temperature was 36 degrees Celsius, and there was no air conditioning in the room, only 2 electric fans. The children cried all night because of the heat; 2. I booked a room for two adults and one child, and the hotel also sent me a confirmation letter. When I checked in, they said the room was not big enough and I needed to pay extra to get a bigger room. I said the confirmation letter clearly stated that it was for 2 adults and 1 child, so why should I pay extra? Reply: it’s your trouble, not mine. Speechless. 3. The toilet has a voice-controlled light. How can you solve your personal problems within 2 minutes? You can either grope in the dark or yell. This is an anti-human design. 4. The sheets were not washed clean and had stains... This hotel is a pitfall

Останавливалась здесь дважды (уезжала в другой город на 1 ночь). Владельцы без проблем разрешили оставить чемодан в В&В, а когда я вернулась, они его вернули в ту же комнату сами - я как будто и не уезжала никуда 😊. Комната для одноместного номера вполне просторная, мне хватало места и вещи можно было разложить и повесить. Террасой почти не пользовалась - погода была холодная и дождливая. Поэтому в номере тоже было холодно и сыро, спасало дополнительное одеяло. Летом, наверное тут хорошо, но в такое время года лучше выбрать номер повыше (без террасы). Да и сама терраса не очень ухоженная, может тоже после холодов ещё не привели в порядок? Но это все мелочи, в основном все понравилось, есть неплохо оборудованная кухня в общей зоне. Только хотелось бы больше крючков-вешалок как в комнате, так и в ванной комнате. И лучше убрать автоматическое включение света и вентилятора в ванной.
