The hotel is located in the center of Siena, about 5 minutes from Piazza del Campo. It is located on the fourth floor of a building without a lift, it has the possibility of using a freight elevator for suitcases. The double room assigned to us was small but very clean, simple and essential furnishings, the change of towels carried out every day. The only 2 flaws found were the broken bathroom window that didn't close and the presence of a bad sewage smell coming from the drains. Breakfast is not included. The owners are kind and helpful. Overall good stay

In the room, without air conditioning, there are no curtains so either you stay with the shutters closed or in front of everyone. The bathroom window could not be closed and the bathroom, although new and large, had a bad smell. The room is large but very very simple

In the center, 2 steps from Piazza del Campo. Hotel on the 4th floor, no lift but being a historic building this is normal. Very kind managers gave me another room in a historic building but a little further on, always 3 minutes to the square. Surprise was when it wasn't a room but a whole wonderful apartment. Here 2 floors but with lift because it was the residence of the noble owners. Everything perfect, cleanliness and comfort. I arrived on foot from the train station about 30 minutes, but on the way you are kidnapped by the buildings. Taxi in front of the station, for buses to the city you have to enter the shopping center opposite and go up the street above via various escalators. I recommend this hotel for everything from cleanliness, location, silence, bathroom kit, excellent sponges, hairdryer, TV and air conditioning. Plus I had a panoramic view of the hills. SUPER.

Hotel centralissimo, tt i punti d'interesse culturali raggiungibili comodamente a piedi, zona tranquilla e sicura. Vicino troverete ristoranti per tt le tasche! Sito al 4 piano di un palazzo storico, senza ascensore, ma per noi nn è stato un problema. Camera con affaccio sui tetti, molto carina, arredo essenziale, pulitissima, cambio asciugamani giornaliero come anche rifacimento e pulizia stanza. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile . Nella hotel dell'Hotel disponibile macchinetta per caffè con cialde, bollitore con tisane e fontanella d'acqua. Super consigliato!!!! Grazie ancora al proprietario per la sua disponibilità.
