Beautiful little family run hotel, just outside of Siena. Far enough to have peaceful mornings but not too far to walk to the centre. Nice looking, well cleaned rooms and comfortable beds. Amazing breakfast with everything you wish and if you by any chance is missing something I’m sure they’ll fix it if not to the same day then certainly for your next morning. I cannot tell you how friendly and service minded this (whole) family is (coming from two who have worked service their whole lives). One of us is super allergic to milk protein, and the lady of the house seem to have made it her life goal to make sure she got anything and more than she ever could ask for (breakfast). Really felt like coming home to your lost Italian mother, excellent!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. The structure is a little far from the center, but there are the necessary services nearby. Parking reserved for customers outside the structure. Most importantly, they are not equipped for lactose intolerants.

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights, the rooms are delightful, the bed very comfortable and the cleanliness impeccable! The staff is very friendly, the owner's daughter recommended several places to visit nearby. Perhaps the only thing that needs to be revised slightly is the breakfast, a little sparse, but still almost all homemade and local! I highly recommend it!

All’infuori della piacevole location e dell’ospitalità di Rita, tutto e’ fortemente deludente, dalla scarsa pulizia (le lenzuola sporche di sangue, capelli in bagno e water sporco) alla colazione (4 cose in croce rinsecchite, avanzi del giorno prima con tanto di cornetto decapitato e pezzi di biscotto) ai servizi praticamente assenti (il tv in camera non funzionava). Inaccettabile per una struttura dagli alti costi, ben 344 per due giorni!

E' la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo magnifico b&b. Estremamente pulito e curatissimo. Un grazie particolare alla signora Rita che ci ha assistiti anche causa problemi con l'automobile lasciandoci soggiornare in attesa della riparazione. Consigliatissimo. Grazie
