Booked this hotel only for two nights 6-8 Jan. My past experience during my earlier travels in some cases was bad in the sense the hotel description and photographs were not factual. I reached the Angkor land Urban Botuque on 6 Jan afternoon to check in. First look at the Hotel building told me I have made the right choice. The most happening place in Siem Reap the Pub Street was about a km away. The hotel surrounding were very clean with a wide road in front and a big parking space in front. As soon as I entered the huge lobby with teak wood interiors I was greeted by the the hotel staff team. Check in took just a couple of minutes. Meanwhile the Manager of the hotel Mr. Eng Sona came and met me too which was a nice feeling. He said he is giving me a very good room on the fourth floor and if I did not mind he would shift me to a still better room the very next day which was then occupied. The room was very big and very comfortable. Had all the amenities. The next day the Manager showed me the other room on the third floor. I agreed to shift. This room too was large, the bathroom had a bath tub and in addition a separate glass bath enclosure too. It had a balcony too overlooking the swimming pool. The pool was excellent. Breakfast menu was also very good. The hotel arranged my tours too. Tuk Tuk and the motorcycle buggy called the Remork was always available just outside the hotel.. After this most wonderful experience in the first two days I extended my stay further for the remaining days too from 8- 11 Jan 24. The Manager Mr.Sona met me regularly to enquire if I was comfortable and whether I needed anything. His team of young boys and girls too were very responsive and greeted the guests everytime. I did not find any flaw or anything to complain about during my entire stay. I had the the most memorable experience in Angkor Land Urban Boutique thanks to Mr. Sona the Manager and his team.

I visited herein December 2019 and stayed for 11 nights in one of the poolside villas. I have to say, the room was amazing, the pool area was fantastic and I had the most wonderful time. After traipsing around Angkor Wat all day, it was wonderful to come back to such a peaceful and serene setting for a decent rest. I've recommended this resort to nearly all my friends since my return and I can't wait to go back there one day. Across the road from the resort there is a shop and two cafes, so you don't even have to go far for a cup of coffee or some local cuisine. I have nothing negative to say about this place. I loved it.

Apologies in advance for the long review but hopefully it will contextualise the review title! Booked to stay for three nights, hotel reached out in advance to arrange airport transfer (no charge) and my transfer was there ready and waiting when I landed with water and a cold towel. Arrived at the hotel and received a lovely welcome drink and nibbles. Staff were extremely warm and friendly, taking lots of time to explain everything about the hotel. The room was clean and of a very good standard, I’d deliberately opted for a room that wasn’t pool facing as I suspected it would be quieter facing away from the road. Reality is I don’t know for sure if there was any real difference but the room was very quiet and comfortable. Can’t say I missed the pool view. Room had very good Wi-Fi so was able to work one morning. Air con super effective. Netflix on the tv. Great rain shower with lots of pressure. I had a sun-rise tour booked so the hotel arranged a takeaway breakfast of my choice for me. Again ready at the time they said it would be (4am as per my request). The spa in the hotel (read massages and treatment) was brilliant. Can’t again rate it more highly and would definitely recommend. For us foreigners it’s incredibly affordable compared to back home. Complimentary lunch organised by the hotel was also superb. Hotel is within walking distance (5 mins) to the more touristy food streets and markets. Area felt extremely safe. Return airport transfer (again free) exactly on time as agreed. Honestly you can’t take clear communication and hotel organisation for granted. Thank you to all the team at the hotel for an amazing stay. You were all fantastic and I wish you all every success!

My first time to experience such a world class treatment from all the staff. I was picked up from the airport and offered me a cold towel and a cold drink. When i arrived at the hotel, i was greeted with a welcoming drink and another cold towel. The buffet breakfast were so superb. Every time i sat at the table, they would again gave me a cold towel. (Seriously, this hotel has tons of cold towels 😂). Every time i went to the pool, there was a hot tea and an unlimited banana chips being served immediately. My room was insanely beautiful. I was welcome with a personalised note in my bed, great view of the balcony and very chic bath tub. The room's interior design is also to die-for. 😍 To the staff, thank you guys for being so friendly, approachable and professional. Special mentions to the Supervisor who always greets me with a welcoming smile whenever he sees me (sorry i forgot your name sir). To Ms Chet, who gave me a tour. To the guy who gave me a scarf upon checkout( sorry i also forgot your name, too. ☹️). To Mr. Myr whose very approachable. To the girl who helped me take my pictures in the pool (sorry i forgot your name too) and to my driver Mr Moe. Thank you guys for making my stay a memorable one. Just a little thing to add, I’m just not used about the cleaning protocol. I was startled and woke up many times by the hotel cleaning staff by automatically opening my door and asked me if i want to clean the room even though i did not put a signage in front of my door or informing somebody. However, those are just small matter than can be fixed. Truthfully, i don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel. I don’t mind staying here for a long time. ❤️❤️❤️

Apart from the exceptional service, I was particularly impressed with the hotel's amenities. The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, the delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day, and the fabulous pool offered a refreshing retreat. Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable. The hotel facilities I stayed at during this trip were very innovative and diverse. The service quality of the hotel is also very good. I give it a high rating of 10 points. However, I must mention that the cleanliness of the hotel needs to be improved, there are still stains on the mattress. It is hoped that the hotel can pay more attention to hygiene and ensure that guests can have a more comfortable and clean stay experience.

Good place for vacation June 8th, Angkor Grace Residence & Wellness Resort in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Located not far from Angkor Wat, the only villa-style five-star resort hotel in Siem Reap opened today. Stepping into the hotel, you will be attracted by the extraordinary open door. From the vermilion door, there is an elegant and gentle atmosphere. The sitting statue of Shakyamuni Buddha in front of the door quietly watches everything here. , declaring the compassion and wisdom of Eastern Buddhism, making people relax from all the travel fatigue and summer heat the moment they step into the hotel. Hello Angkor Grace! As a guest of the resort hotel for the first week of opening, I entered the hotel room with a happy mood. I booked a three-bedroom one-bedroom suite, with a spacious living room, kitchen and dining room, and a comfortable bedroom. There are two bathrooms in the suite. The whole set covers an area of ​​about 100 square meters. There are also large suites on the second floor and the third floor that should be larger and more rooms, suitable for a multi-person family. The spacious living room is bright and furnished with Cambodian-inspired furniture, simple and comfortable. Through the glass wall of the landing hall, you can see the elegant environment of the green courtyard outside. The bedroom is also very warm, especially through the glass door of the bedroom, you can sit and chat under the green plants in the backyard. I think it will be a cozy atmosphere in the morning and evening after getting up before going to bed. The kitchen and dining room are very pleasant, with a full set of kitchen utensils and tableware and a large refrigerator, and all kinds of utensils in the room are very exquisite. We had a very late check in and they were very accommodating. Knew who we were and just led us to our rooms to relax and unwind. Our rooms were modern and clean. Beds were comfy and loved having the patio next to the pool. Owner/staff were great. As cliché as it sounds, we started as strangers and left as family. This is our preferred place in Siem Reap to stay. It's along the main road however hidden. Conveniently located to Sok San Rd/Pub St and anything else that you'll need. Looking forward to our return.

Service is very good, good place

Overall a very nice hotel. The hotel's service staff is warm, courteous, and simple, hoping to provide guests with satisfactory service. The hotel is located a little far from the city, and it provides city shuttle service and airport shuttle service. Dinner on the waterfront platform by the lake is a good treat. The starry sky and frogs make people relaxed and happy. If you want to experience the rustic country life, you can stay for a few days.
