最好酒店 - we are impressed by such an amazing hotel. The rooms are great, you are directly on the pool with super great pool-bar.
The breakfast (a-la-carte and buffet) are authentic and super delicious.
Everything is decorated everywhere with a lot of love.
All about a perfect holiday and the team at bar/breakfast/lobby take care for you and will make your holiday to a perfect stay 😍 greetings to Ms. Molika, Ms. Sa, Mr. Ran and Mr. Sath and the whole team, thank you a lot!

This hotel made us love Siem Reap, i and my friend travelled for a graduation celebration. when booking, i requested for a bath tube decoration, when we arrived we find that they decorated even the bed. We were so happy seeing it. During our days here the staff are so friendly, smiling and professional it made us feel more relaxed. Everythig we request, they will respond the next minute. They also provided us a tok tok for free everytime we want to go to the city center. And their breakfast is delicious, the afternoon tea is also relaxing. we ate at their bar it was so delicious. The staff at the reception Mr Leep and barang and another third guy are so professional and friendly. They even ask you everytime (how are you feeling) and at the restaurant (Ms Molika, Mr Sokmau, Mr Polin, Ms Neath, Ms SA) are all so amazing and professional always with a smiling face. Honestly i couldn't ask for more service. This was my first time in Cambodia but they really made me love Cambodia. This is now my place to stay. I love the Ambassy Angkor Hotel❤️

The hotel is a bit far from the bar street. approximately 8 minutes by local transport. The room is clean, all hygiene products are available. The bed is comfortable, the bed linen and towels are clean and smell nice. Water pressure is weak in the bathroom. The breakfast is delicious and has a large selection.

What a beautiful hotel! And the staff is so caring and helpful!
Travelling in early July gave us an amazing discount, but the quality of service and the amenities was out of this world.
Huge shoutout to the reception staff (Leap, Berang), our TukTuk driver that will bring you to the centre for free, and a massive thanks to the waitresses and kitchen staff (Mr Polin, Mr Royal, Ms Neath, Ms. Molika and Ms. Sa)
For instance they accommodated for us a breakfast ahead of our sunrise trip to Angkor Wat.
They also accommodated for our vegetarian needs.
Make some time for the spa, the staff is super friendly and very competent.
Finally, it was so soothing to arrive back in a beautiful hotel like this one, where everything is on ground level, rather than the other towers. Simply put, it felt like coming home.

First time for visiting Cambodia, and never expect that have such high quality hotel with good environment and facility, the hotel has a very good view and relaxing environment. Although the hotel is little bit far away from town centre, hotel provide a free tuk tuk services to Pub Street and returning journey.
The staff is friendly and helpful. Thanks to Mr. Ran provide a comprehensive service, with detailed introduction to the hotel's facility when check in, and even arranging me the tuk tuk services returning to hotel when he is off duty (we contact throught whatsapp).
I stay in the room with private swimming pool, with very comptitive price and quite not possible to have private swimming pool with such low price in other country. Hotel's breakfast is yummy, it provides more than 20 breakfast sets which is order to cook and not limited for ordering. Various breakfast sets can cater the food preference of guests from different countries.
Really enjoy the precious moment in this hotel with passionate from the staff.

This was an absolutely wonderful hotel. Small and boutique in style, the frontage opens out into a courtyard with restaurant and pool, where many rooms look onto the pool. The landscaping, the colours and the flowers hit you immediately. It is quiet and feels warm and cosy.
The staff were amazing, standing in the background just waiting to help. They even made an effort to learn our names and used them regularly when greeting us. The team at breakfast (Ms Sa, Ms Sokhim and Mr Polin) attend to you immediately, and talk freely about your plans for the day, or how yesterdays plans went. Never intrusive, but always there with a smile. We stayed 4 nights, but wished we could have stayed longer. The food was lovely, the pool was an instant hit with our child.
The front desk helped with Tuk-tuks and advice and even grabbed umbrellas for us when we arrived back at the hotel amidst a rainstorm.
I've travelled the world, but this hotel has left special memories. Well done.

The hotel is a bit far from downtown to go walking, but they offer tuk tuk rides to/from the main bridge near the Old Market. Apart from that everything was perfect.

Beautiful place quiet and tranquil ... great service and very clean! Just a little bit far from the city center than I would have liked.
