A clean and well presented Hotel everything is on set with reasonably priced. All staff were very friendly and helpful and we were all happy and satisfied. Breakfast is good and pool is clean and safety for small kids. We stay for 3 nights and they also offer us on early check in and let check out with reasonable price.
I’m highly recommend!
The grounds are wonderfully green. It's lovely to relax in the garden's shade. The pool is clean and inviting for a swim. The rooms are comfortable and individually styled. Highly recommended!
A gem of a hotel, small but relaxing swimming pool, great welcoming staff and nice size rooms. The location is a little bit further to the city centre, but an advantage is that it leads to a shorter way to Angkor Wat. Excellent selection of breakfast with western and Khmer options. The only downsides are the mosquitos.
The owners of the hotel are really lovely, friendly and hospitable. Great service, good price and really well located. Will stay there again if I'm ever in town. Also saw other hotels in Siem Reap which were way more expensive but worse in quality. Highly recommend!
We were family of four staying in this hotel. The staffs are super friendly and helpful, it makes you feel at home. They help arrange transportation to go around the town and both Tuk tuk driver and car driver are super nice. I have never seen all employees in a hotel are super friendly and put all effort to make you feel comfortable. Breakfast buffet is nice. The pool is super clean and the gym covers basic needs.
Our flight back is over check out time (almost midnight). They prepared a room for us to shower. If you ever go to siem reap, this hotel is definitely worth to be chosen.
I recently stayed at the Memoire Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, making check-in smooth and easy. The room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
The Dungeon- white with rendered unpainted cement walls.
Cambodians are known for their hospitality and smiles, the staff was otherwise untrained. There was a huge crack in the door, toilet paper was used to stuff the crack. The room had bare walls, half was unpainted and finished in unpainted dark rendered cement, all the lights were spot and wholely insufficient lumens, these may be intentional designs but I need to be able to see. There is no kill switch at the bed so triping over after the lights were turned off was a nightly hazard. Bed was stiff and covers looked and felt old- perhaps this is an eco-friendly place, not wanting to use bleach. Exactly 1 pillow and 1 towel was provide, I had to ask for a second pillow two times, no bath mat etc ... Room was not cleaned daily, maybe I'm missing the inhouse signal system. Old flooring. No outlets no hairdryer in the bathroom which was bare concrete.
The ac was barely sufficient to keep the room tolerable. Location was very slight closer to Anchor Wat than the market area in exchange for little food places etc ..., the positive being being local prices and local cuisine (may be good or bad)
The pool was lovely though.
I wasn't sure if I needed to come through the side gate meant for cleaners and maids, 🤣🤔
What a lovely hotel! we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it! There’s always somebody at the front desk and the hotel itself is beautifully decorated!!
There is a little swimming pool on the roof and a restaurant where you can see over the city.
The room was very clean and had both a fan and air-conditioning !
There was a small balcony and bathroom. A lovely big wardrobe to hand clothes and a desk. the Internet was much better than expected- I was able to make work calls without any problems.
The tuk tuk drivers that operate from the front of the hotel are so friendly and offer a really good price. there’s always someone ready to help you! Kong Sok Kun Took us to Angkor wat and he spent the whole day driving us around- he is a really nice man so I hope he gets some more work!
There are some great local restaurants near by and a supermarket. It’s in a very quiet location so we slept very well!

GGuest UserThe staff is friendly and the condition is good for the price.
GGuest UserA wonderful experience that will never be forgotten. There is no hotel that makes me reluctant to go, she is; no hotel makes me want to go back, she is. The room we set was rather strange, thank you very much for the hotel to upgrade our villa for free, but we are considering whether to raise the 😂 the young lady at the front desk, the fat big sister of the spa, a little lame but very cute waiter Everyone is so kind, breaking my expectations again and again. Thanks very much for everything you ve done for us,really hope to meet you again.
QQuzitangfriendly staff always with smile.clean room with nice view of the swimming pool.best hotel I stay in reap.I will choose it as my first choice if I come to visit again.
HHUANAccording to the design facilities & the price at the time of booking, the price/performance ratio is very high! The location is actually not difficult to find. In a small alley diagonally across from Sofitel, it takes only 2-3 minutes to walk out. Hotel service is warm and thoughtful, breakfast time is from 7:00Pm-14:00Pm! The TV in the living room is equipped with Bose stereo, and watching movies at night is a very enjoyable thing. In addition, the swimming pool is designed on the second floor, which is relatively small, but the water is really clean! The color is very similar to the natural shallow color, and it feels great to play with. The overall is very good, thank you Frank, the staff member who hosted me.
GGuest UserThis hotel was a little slice of paradise and the staff were angels. We were travelling with two young children (9 and 4) and the team here were so kind and friendly and went above and beyond to help us. They did anything and everything to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible. They ordered us food, tuktuks, tours at the best prices possible.
The hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL. It's a tiny jungle oasis in the city and the rooms are lovely... if we ever come back to Siam Reap, we will definitely be staying here!
PPankajWe recently stayed at the Hotel Empress Angkor Resort & Spa in Siem Reap for a 3-night family vacation, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the sheer size of the family suite. The rooms were spacious, giving us ample space to relax and enjoy our time together. In addition to the size, the rooms and the hotel itself were impeccably clean, which made our stay all the more comfortable.
The staff at the hotel truly made our visit memorable. They were incredibly friendly and always eager to assist with any requests we had. It was evident that they went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcome and well taken care of.
One area where the hotel could improve is the breakfast options. The selection was somewhat limited, but the staff was more than willing to accommodate our preferences. When we asked, they were happy to prepare dishes to our liking, which made a significant difference in our overall dining experience.
Overall, our stay at Hotel Empress Angkor Resort & Spa was delightful. The spacious, clean rooms and the excellent service provided by the staff made it a place we would highly recommend to others visiting Angkor Wat.
真真皮爸爸The hotel is really good, super value for money. A waiter will bring a welcome silk scarf to guests upon check-in. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the waiters are extremely polite and will greet you warmly. The room was large and clean. The bathroom is huge. The hotel has two swimming pools and occasionally shows in the evening. The best thing is breakfast, everything, delicious, various fruits, and change the taste every day. The powder soup is so delicious and highly recommended. The hotel offers a free shuttle service, Toyota Hiace is always on call, so considerate. Sudden cars stand by at the door of the hotel. Finally, to give everyone a little advice, the restaurant in the hotel is really good, the taste is particularly delicious, the price is not expensive, less than 100 per capita. We stayed for four days, ate at the hotel for two days, and ate outside for two days. It felt expensive and unpalatable outside. Anyway, everyone is here to go to Angkor Wat during the day, come back in the afternoon to have a beautiful meal in the hotel restaurant, and then make an appointment to have a massage, it's very cool. You don't have to drag your tired body to eat outside. After reviewing, let me give you a few pictures.
