Okay for what it is - a quick getaway for 1-2 nights near the town centre with access to the shops.
Breakfast was okay - toast, eggs and sausages along with coffee or other drinks.
Has a nice pool and poolside ambience.

Rubbish for 40+ dollar not a chance
Had a shower then noticed no towels when the finale arrive I go to put tv on no batterys inside room shitr small as my cupboard

The staff were really friendly and very helpful. The room was big and clean and the location is perfect, within walking distance to all the local attractions. The swimming pool is pretty good too. It's not worth paying extra for the breakfast, it's ok but not great. If you do however and you book an early sunrise Angkor Wat tour with them, they can get your breakfast ready to take with you so you don't miss out.
