I stayed at this hotel on my business trip. As always, it was clean and the amenities were plentiful (especially the shampoo, treatment, and body soap, including the excellent toothbrush). If you need something, the staff will bring it to you right away when you ask. There was a large desk in the room, and by placing it between the beds, it could be used like a living room. It was possible to place two laptops and one iPad, and it was very convenient to relax in bed while working, enjoy movies and YouTube, and use room service. We had a wonderful family time at Angkor Palace. The communicating rooms are just perfect for a family of 4 with 2 young kids. The size of the room the view on the gorgeous swimming pool surrounded by nature is perfect. The staff is very nice and patient with kids, even found a babysitter for us. Always very receptive to our needs and smily at all times, it is a real pleasure. The breakfast is amazing, lots of options to make the entire family happy. The staff has been also very helpful to organise our trip by finding a tuk tuk and a very good guide. His name is Kim and I highly recommend him. Knowledgeable, smily and fun, very organized, great time discovering Angkor Vat and Bayon with him. Although we had a wonderful time at the palace, I recommend to add some variety to the lunch and diner especially vegetarian options and homemade deserts and kids friendly options (set menus with fresh and/or cooked vegetables in a very simple way, apple slices, small portion of pasta/rice, waffles, ...) to the menu. The service at lunch and diner was a bit slow, maybe because it was not yet high season. A very warm thanks to all the team for making our stay in Angkor so great.
