Second visit to this hotel, luxurious and comfortable stay as last time. Very close to Pub street and market just few mins walk. Also we dined in the best restaurant inside hotel.

We had a truly wonderful stay! Our butler, Sokha, was amazing—she took the time to show us the entire villa, informed us that laundry service was included, and ensured every detail was perfect. Another butler (I’m so sorry I forgot his name) who prepared our floating breakfast, helped us take photos, and even assisted with our luggage during check-out was equally fantastic.
The pool villa was beautiful—spacious with two floors, and the turndown service was a lovely touch. They even lit real candles along the stairs to the second floor and provided a mosquito net, creating such a warm and thoughtful ambiance.
The welcome drinks, fruit platter, and a mini bar with a full bottle of wine were wonderful gestures. The bathtub decorated with lotus flowers and the birthday amenities—cake, bed decoration, and flowers—made the celebration truly special.
Dining at both Bayon and Kroya was a delight, with all the staff being genuinely warm and attentive.
Overall, an unforgettable stay with exceptional service all around!

Probably the finest hotel in Siem Reap. This hotel is finely appointed. The room was very comfortable and beautiful decorated. Staff were very friendly, professional and polite and the breakfast was very good with a wide array of choices.
The hotel is very close to the tourist areas of the city and within walking distance of the markets, many craft shop and restaurants. It was also very easy to arrange excursions to Angkor Wat from here too. The hotel took very good care of me. I would happily return here.

I stayed here as a solo traveler and had a really pleasant experience. The location was super convenient, and the hospitality stood out — the staff were warm and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was a lovely start to the day with a nice variety of options. Facilities were decent, though there’s a bit of room for improvement there. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay!

I paid for the delux king... and my request for a higher floor was granted. The room was dark..old..ran through..and filled with mosquitoes. This place needs some serious renovations to bring it into modernity. Paying over one hundred and fifty dollars in siem reap..shouldve afforded me better accommodation than this. However...i was up graded..but that didnt make the stay better. In fact the mosquitoes were even worse in the new suite where i was still expected to do my own pest control. The decor was dark and tasteless..and quite menacing as i left a lamp on all night to feel safe. Never again would i visit this dungeon.

Beautiful hotel, very sophisticated, great location, great pool, very friendly staff. We had a wonderful time, I would totally come back. Food was ok but not amazing, breakfast was ok but not too much variety, we had lunch a couple of times by the pool and was not impressed by the food and was quite expensive for the quality you get. Also prices of the tours offered by the hotel are extremely expensive compared to the options found online. So definitely recommend staying here but checking other options for food and tours.

Hotel part of a foundation helping Cambodian to rebuild after the civil war. nestled in nice area of siem reap, large resort mostly for middle aged couples.
Super overexpensive!
Careful! Also for local food and beverage. There is no mercy over there.
