Since we enter the hotel the staff welcome us with the most warming smile. We have being travelling for our honey moon for 3 weeks now and the attention and details of Andy and all the staff in celebrating our HM has being so thoughtful and caring. Truly is the best hotel in Cambodia if you want to explore the surroundings and come back to a perfect romantic and beautiful place.

Three night stay at this brilliant hotel in Siem Reap. Hard to imagine a better base for visiting the Temples. Really lovely, attentive staff in all areas. They have a dedicated cultural desk and will plan your tours to suit your agenda. We spent two days with Mr Sokhern and he was absoultely excellent - knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly. We never felt rushed. Rooms and bathrooms well appointed, very nice pool deck. Great, varied breakfast with a proper barrista so excellent coffee. Pub Street is about a 20 min walk, or 5 mins in a 4 USD Tuk Tuk if you want some western orientated night life. Honestly hard to believe the quality at the price - superb value for money.

There not much you can fault this hotel for. The rooms are large and nicely furnished with all the amenities you should need. There a lovely bathroom with a large bath which was perfect to soak in after a very long journey from the uk. The food for breakfast was excellent with a very large section on offer. We found it the perfect spot for a three stop to see the sights. The only grumble was the lack of sun beds around the pool, especially in the afternoon.

Privilege Floor by Borei Angkor was great. The “Premium King Room” was spacious with a private balcony. It was a city-view room but perfectly quiet as the hotel is set far back from the avenue. The bathroom was also large with tub and separate shower with high flow water. The hotel was built in 1997 and has lots of beautiful dark wood decor throughout. One really does feel that you are staying in an authentic Cambodian hotel. The breakfast buffet had an extensive selection of delicious food. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Some less positive reviews complained no air-conditioning in lobby and halls. While true, they were cool enough for my Nordic physiology. Other reviews complained about wear-n-tear in the room, but it was minimal, and if anything, added to the authenticity. I’d definitely return.

The hotel is off a busy street although you don’t hear the noise once you are inside the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and humble. They greeted us warmly and offered us tea and their traditional rice treat. All very nice. The room is spacious and the bathroom has a stand alone tub which was sweet. The bathroom was dated and they could update the fixtures and tiles to improve the guest experience. The breakfast buffet was elaborate. Indian food was offered which we enjoyed. Wonderful choice of fruits, crepes, pancakes, pastries etc. Tje hotel called a Tuk Tuk for us when we wanted to visit Pub Street (which is a must see area). It costs us $2 each way. Loved the hotel entrance and the musician playing an instrument in the lobby. Also found the evening coffee area staff very pleasant. There was some confusion on our part about how far the hotel is from the airport so we are glad the hotel offered to pick us up from the airport which is 40-45 minutes away.

Wonderful staff who are very friendly and take care of everything you need with a smile. Loved our stay and will recommend to anyone planning a trip to Siem Reap. Andy was amazing and happy to help us with arranging for all the local trips also. Angkor Wat and other historic sites are a must see!

Stayed here for only 2 days during a month long honeymoon and wish we could have stayed longer. We cannot say enough good things about this place as everything was perfect. A very special thanks to the hotel staff, especially Andy for going above and beyond to ensuring we were more than taken care of. We will be back here sooner than we thought after having enjoyed Cambodia and this particular hotel much more than we expected to. Borei Angkor is a must stay when visiting Siempre Reap.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Wonderful stay except for checkin and checkout process. Pros: - Rooms were clean and quiet - Restaurant was very good. Food was a mix of local and international cuisine. Good spread and excellent selection of seasonal fresh fruits. - All the staff working in the restaurant made the experience exceptional. - Excellent massage services at the spa. -Airport transfers are convenient -Ambience is traditional styling Check in and checkout process could be a lot better. At the time of check in we were assigned a non-privilege floor room that was less than the one we had paid for. We had to go back to the lobby to insist that we get the room we booked. Did discuss with Front manager Mr.Maki/Wottana. They finally agreed after an hour to get us the room we had booked. We discussed with the e-commerce manager Mr.Korona. He promised to investigate further. The keys to one of the rooms didn’t work and we had to go back to the front desk. Similarly at checkout, we were overcharged. We requested to adjust the bill, which was agreed, but we were asked to spend the difference at the restaurant. Since we had to leave, we asked them to correct the bill and were informed that it was not possible. Had to get all the front desk staff involved and after 25 minutes, was corrected. The staff at the restaurant and spa get 5 stars and make this place excellent. Special shout out to Henry, Handsome (Buntheang), and Reaksa.
