Marirath Boutique Hotel

Gorgeous hotel 10/10, in a quiet location, with a beautiful garden, clean pool and spacious clean rooms overlooking the garden 😍 Very friendly and always ready to help staff. We liked everything very much, it's a pity we were only there for two days. We will definitely come back.

RUN AWAY. As for the hotel, nothing more. The pool is very nice in photos but it is not maintained, it has chipped tiles and is extremely dirty. They do not maintain it at all, in fact we chose the hotel because of the pool and when we got in we saw that it was not viable. The room is fine but there were many mosquitoes and the water in the shower did not drain. The disappointment was when they cut off the hot water and ignored us until we had to get angry so they would pay attention to us, when they finally turned on the water, water began to fall from the bathroom ceiling flooding everything (they saw that the bathroom was flooded and they didn't care). The next day the same thing happened again, they cut off the water to do work in the adjoining room without warning that we would be left without water, and unfortunately my partner was just taking a shower. I told him that please we would check out in an hour and that we needed to shower (since my partner was halfway through showering) and that we had to catch flights and so on. The truth is that the treatment was quite bad. When we complained later, they ignored us. Sometimes the financial compensation doesn't matter, but they didn't even let us do a late check out or anything to compensate for all the poor management on their part. I think that in Cambodia there are much better hotels, at a better price and more central. A total disappointment. Luckily, the Trip team was very kind.

The room is comfortable and clean, the staff is friendly and the price is reasonable

The staff is friendly, but there are too many bugs in the room, like bees and mosquitoes.
