The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff is courteous and nice. Peter was a very helpful concierge. The only complaint is the towels were a bit old. The bed is very comfortable and the roof top pool is amazing. I would stay there again.

Excellent location and room was fantastic. Manager was brilliant let us in the room earlier and got one of his staff to inform us as we were sitting beside the pool as we had got there at 5am from Sihanoukville . Breakfast average but that would be my only negative

Due to this hotel, our trip to Siam Reap was very comfortable. Great room, friendly staff. Quiet area, although close to the night market and pub street. Infinity pool is working until 22:00.

Wifi problems that would disconnect multiple times every single day I stayed, could not be fixed all week is ridiculous and ruined my work and my stay. Their solution was to call to reset their routers. Not acceptable for a hotel that is listed as 5 stars, hence the low rating and for the uncaring management.

Fantastic experience.
Very professional and friendly staff. Very clean, neat and tidy hotel Great and very new bathroom, bed and fittings. We were fortunate enough to receive an upgraded room.
Rooftop pool and bar was beautiful and attractive.
The dining room for a buffet breakfast was spacious, and had a small but comprehensive and delicious menu. Option to sit inside or out.
Convenience store across the road, and 5 minute walk to the main tourist pub/restaurant street.
I booked a 1 day Angkor Wat area tour with a driver, a spacious car and a guide via the reception desk, and the car was very punctual.
If possible, I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel, primarily because of the staff that works there. There are only 30 rooms in the hotel. The rooms are large, beds are big but seemed not very comfortable, good shower.
Our room was on the 5th floor, but because of the noise at night we asked to change the room and we were moved without problems. The breakfasts are not that luxurious but acceptable.
The pool and sky bar is the highlight of this hotel, it was great to spend time there. The sunsets were incredible.
Thank you to all the hotel staff for taking care of us.

Lovely hotels staff and the pool on the roof top… very good to make a refreshment after a long day. Breakfast could be better , but was ok!!!!!
