Was a very good stay and location was what I needed. I came back and my friend had the keycard they were helpful in opening the door for me since I stayed there for 5 nights.

**The same hotel, dimly lit and gloomy, with a large courtyard. There wasn't a single person or car in sight. I was surprised why no one was staying in such a big hotel.
There are only two people in the whole building: a paid front desk and a waiter who doesn't know how to use a card to unlock the door. Isn't this saving too much labor cost?
Not only did the bed collapse, but the mattress also became "crooked" and the old sheets were stained.,,
Seeing this situation, I asked to check out. The cancellation time was around 16:00 local time, but the other party never responded. The hotel is close to the old street and the front desk service is very good.
