Bunwin Hotel is beautiful! When we arrived we were amazing how pretty the hotel, pool and rooms are. The staff (except one man, that was not always around) spoke very badly English (not understanding), which made the service not so good, unfortunately. The breakfast is basic, but the prices for other food and drinks are very high, so we didn't try. The location is fine, a bit outside of the center. I wouldn't come back because of the service, otherwise it would've been a better stay.

The service was fantastic, kind smiles and kind staff. However, the rooms were a bit basic and there were mosquitos (both dead and alive) everywhere. It was nothing that we couldn't get over, otherwise everything else was a good experience for a quick night in and out.

The staff is very accommodating. What is a little difficult is that most of them don't speak English, so communication sometimes takes place using gestures. The accommodation is beautiful and only about 2 km from Pub Street.

Due to visa reasons, I temporarily stayed in Siem Reap for an extra day and booked this hotel. The surrounding environment is average and the room facilities are relatively simple. Apart from toilet paper, there are no other paper towels. When I booked the hotel, Ctrip provided breakfast as a gift, but the hotel said it didn’t have it. The horrible thing happened at about two o'clock in the morning. Someone actually used a key to open our door (the house was locked). When I was awakened by the sound of the door opening, I yelled at the door who it was! I only heard a male voice say sorry, sorry twice, and then left. This hotel uses keys instead of room cards, and the safety buckle is useless. I am so frightened that I dare not sleep again. I remind everyone to be careful when going out.

We had a great time at the Bunwin boutique hotel. Loved the ambience of the room. They are all situated around the pool. Convenient spa massage service. When you leave your room, you are a beautiful Zen garden. A swimming pool with a stunning water feature. Staff are extremely helpful Thank you especially to Rit for all your help. We would love to come back!
