I had a wonderful stay at this hidden gem in Siem Reap. Tucked away just minutes from the city center, it offers a peaceful, jungle-like atmosphere that feels like a true escape. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the swimming pool is a perfect place to unwind. What truly sets this place apart is the warm, attentive staff always welcoming and ready to help. The location is great. It is near the night market and pub street. A lot of good restaurants are just a few minutes walk away.
The service is great. The receptionists, restaurant crew, and cleaning/maintenance personnel are well-trained and welcoming. I love the hospitality offered by their lovely staff. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
They offer welcoming drinks and fruits as well as afternoon tea with fruit juices, fresh fruits, and other snacks.
The hotel is eco-friendly and very relaxing.
They offer tuk-tuk services and tours. This way, you are sure that you are in good hands.
They also offer free tree planting. They provided a tuk-tuk ride from The Urban to their other hotel The Nature. There, we were guided by Joseph, as we plant our Golden Shower plant, Angki. He was so nice and very accommodating.
Overall, we had a nice and amazing stay with The Urban.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were really humble and helpful throughout. The location is excellent — right in a prime area, very close to the market and Pub Street, which made getting around super convenient. The hotel premises are well maintained, with a nice atmosphere and a clean swimming pool that's great for relaxing. I also tried the food, and it was delicious — definitely a pleasant surprise!
The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. For the price, it offered great value. Overall, I had a very good experience and would recommend it to others.

We loved staying at the Urban Hotel! The room was comfortable- the beds were perfect! The bathroom was also lovely. A great shower and nicely decorated. But perhaps the best part of our stay was the friendliness of your staff. They were so accommodating to our every need. We got time to enjoy the pool and we loved our breakfast. We will highly recommend this to any fro mds heading to travel to Siem Reap.

All the staff were very nice and helped us a lot with arranging sightseeing spots and tuk-tuks. Ms. Ra in particular was a very nice female staff member who was very considerate and talked to us a lot.
When we checked in, we were given a fruit set and tea, and we asked for our laundry to be done, which was done beautifully, so we were very satisfied. They had tea time in the lobby every day from 3:00 to 4:30 in the afternoon, so we had waffles and ginger tea.
In particular, we received a one-hour massage as part of the hotel service, and even though it was just a foot course, they evenly massaged my shoulders, thighs, and neck, so I felt very refreshed. Great value for money ◎ Thank you so much!

The best location in recent years. Spacious, clean rooms in a beautiful setting. In the middle of the city as if you were in nature. Close to the center and yet quiet.
, extremely friendly staff, good service. Arranged transport for us at competitive prices. Also a very good restaurant. A limited menu, but everything is excellently prepared. And… a sheltered swimming pool.
