The location is great. It is near the night market and pub street. A lot of good restaurants are just a few minutes walk away.
The service is great. The receptionists, restaurant crew, and cleaning/maintenance personnel are well-trained and welcoming. I love the hospitality offered by their lovely staff. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
They offer welcoming drinks and fruits as well as afternoon tea with fruit juices, fresh fruits, and other snacks.
The hotel is eco-friendly and very relaxing.
They offer tuk-tuk services and tours. This way, you are sure that you are in good hands.
They also offer free tree planting. They provided a tuk-tuk ride from The Urban to their other hotel The Nature. There, we were guided by Joseph, as we plant our Golden Shower plant, Angki. He was so nice and very accommodating.
Overall, we had a nice and amazing stay with The Urban.

We loved staying at the Urban Hotel! The room was comfortable- the beds were perfect! The bathroom was also lovely. A great shower and nicely decorated. But perhaps the best part of our stay was the friendliness of your staff. They were so accommodating to our every need. We got time to enjoy the pool and we loved our breakfast. We will highly recommend this to any fro mds heading to travel to Siem Reap.

All the staff were very nice and helped us a lot with arranging sightseeing spots and tuk-tuks. Ms. Ra in particular was a very nice female staff member who was very considerate and talked to us a lot.
When we checked in, we were given a fruit set and tea, and we asked for our laundry to be done, which was done beautifully, so we were very satisfied. They had tea time in the lobby every day from 3:00 to 4:30 in the afternoon, so we had waffles and ginger tea.
In particular, we received a one-hour massage as part of the hotel service, and even though it was just a foot course, they evenly massaged my shoulders, thighs, and neck, so I felt very refreshed. Great value for money ◎ Thank you so much!

The best location in recent years. Spacious, clean rooms in a beautiful setting. In the middle of the city as if you were in nature. Close to the center and yet quiet.
, extremely friendly staff, good service. Arranged transport for us at competitive prices. Also a very good restaurant. A limited menu, but everything is excellently prepared. And… a sheltered swimming pool.

Nice hotel in the city centre, walking distance from restaurants. Good value for money. Rooms clean and beautifully decorated. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Breakfast choice from the menu. Good for the price you pay. Good wifi connection in the whole hotel also in the Rooms. Coffee and thee facilities in the room which is always nice tot have, minibar available and complimentary water. Nice pool area to relax. I would certainly return.

Very attentive and friendly staff and a relaxed place to stay. The hotel also provides tuk tuk drivers. For $20-€30 for a day you can get taken to the temples or wherever you want. Our driver, Sovann (tuk tuk No. 11) was dependable, considerate, punctual, well informed and a very charming man. Highly recommended!
