We loved staying at the Urban Hotel! The room was comfortable- the beds were perfect! The bathroom was also lovely. A great shower and nicely decorated. But perhaps the best part of our stay was the friendliness of your staff. They were so accommodating to our every need. We got time to enjoy the pool and we loved our breakfast. We will highly recommend this to any fro mds heading to travel to Siem Reap.

All the staff were very nice and helped us a lot with arranging sightseeing spots and tuk-tuks. Ms. Ra in particular was a very nice female staff member who was very considerate and talked to us a lot.
When we checked in, we were given a fruit set and tea, and we asked for our laundry to be done, which was done beautifully, so we were very satisfied. They had tea time in the lobby every day from 3:00 to 4:30 in the afternoon, so we had waffles and ginger tea.
In particular, we received a one-hour massage as part of the hotel service, and even though it was just a foot course, they evenly massaged my shoulders, thighs, and neck, so I felt very refreshed. Great value for money ◎ Thank you so much!

The best location in recent years. Spacious, clean rooms in a beautiful setting. In the middle of the city as if you were in nature. Close to the center and yet quiet.
, extremely friendly staff, good service. Arranged transport for us at competitive prices. Also a very good restaurant. A limited menu, but everything is excellently prepared. And… a sheltered swimming pool.

From the moment of booking chhean, the manager could not have done more for us. On arrival all the staff are so welcoming and never stop smiling. The rooms are beautiful with hand painted murals. Super comfy beds and pillows. It is a little bit of paradise set away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre but very easy walking distance to pub street and all the markets. Having ridden from Ho Chi Minh City we wanted to chill and relax. The gardens are beautiful with lovely areas to just sit and be. There’s a superb spa and if you fancy a break from the lovely Cambodian food there’s a wood fired pizza oven. I will definitely be coming back.

Overall, a nice place for the price. A few minor issues with the room. Tv kept freezing, the other minor issues we fixed promptly. Staff were fantastic and made the stay very enjoyable, especially Ms Eang, Lily and Marie also a young guy with glasses who served us, unfortunately didn't get his name.

I'm from Indonesia, I booked 2 night. The hotel arrange tutu for me to Angkor wat and floating village. Day 1 was good, but on second day it was terrible. Mr Bee took me to the floating village. I really don't know I have paid 25$ per person. Why he doesn't tell me before I go? It's crazy. After the tour he talk about transportation to the airport and he charge me 45$, I said no. I never got experience like this before.

The gardens and grounds are immaculate, providing a peaceful atmosphere that’s truly refreshing. The pool was an absolute highlight, offering a wonderful retreat from the heat after a day of sightseeing. Our room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals. However, the standout feature of our stay was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. We absolutely loved our time at The Urban Siem Reap and would 1000% stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Siem Reap!

What a fantastic hotel - we stayed for two nights as a family of five. The accommodation was clean, the staff welcoming and the hotel provided an oasis in the busy town. They have spent time thinking about the surroundings with a beautiful garden and pool area. Fresh flowers everywhere!! The hotel arranged our transport to Angkor Wat and travel too and from the airport. All great. Highly recommend you stay here
