This is a great hotel. The service is excellent and the rooms and bed are so comfortable. I enjoyed the tub and participated in a dinner set with a dance show. The breakfast is Asian and western friendly. Overall a great experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near hip coffee shops, restaurants and bar. Its in a more quiet neighbourhood but still walking distance from Pub street and the old market.
We got a room adjacent to the pool and an outdoor space with sun bed for drying off after a swim. The room is very spacious and bright and bathroom comes with nice amenities including a scrub that smells amazing :)
Our booking comes with buffet for 3 days and also provided us 1 lunch set lunch to use any day within our stay
The room comes with a 15USD massage voucher per person which is perfect after a long day of exploring the temples.

We had a terrible experience with this hotel. A day before we check-in they message us that they will transfer us to other hotel due to water or electricity malfunction. It was really weird for me cus it was so last minute. They were forcing us really to kove to to other hotel. Since I felt that it was so shady with their reasoning, I checked in my app their hotel, they have a room availablity the same date we are staying. To my surprise there was 2 rooms available at a higher price.
So it means they were lying about the reason why they wanted us to move out. Perhaps they wanted to sell the room at a higher price which is so insane.
I message them again and took a screenshot and show to them and suddenly the conversation suddenly change. They said there was miscommunication and they will give me to other room in their hotel. It was very disappointing to experience like that when you want to have a relaxing trip. 😞 So just be careful when you book to them.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Golden Temple Retreat in Siem Reap. From the moment we arrived, we were pampered with warm smiles, a fragrant welcome tea, and jasmine-scented cold towels that seemed to appear magically just when we needed them. The airport pick-up was seamless, and our driver Noy was punctual, kind, and professional.
We took a two-day guided tour of the Angkor temples with the knowledgeable and passionate Mr. Chong, who not only walked us through the incredible history but also showed us hidden corners we never would have found on our own. One of the highlights was a magical sunset aperitif aboard a traditional Cambodian gondola, where Mr. Van and the cheerful Captain Runn surprised us by mixing a perfect Negroni right there on the water.
The next day, they treated us to a private Khmer-style lunch, beautifully prepared by a dedicated chef just for us. The retreat itself is breathtaking — the pool is a true oasis, and the in-room bathtub was the cherry on top of a perfect stay. Every detail was flawless. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return someday

Lovely hotel with exceptional staff and service.
The hotel is an oasis of calm but still within walking distance of old town and markets.
We ate both in the restaurant and by the pool food was tasty fresh and enjoyable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Golden Temple Retreat. The customer service was excellent from the moment we walked into the lobby. We were provided ice cold drinks and cool towel to refresh our faces after a very long flight to Cambodia. The rooms were amazing. we were greeted with fresh flowers in the room and a lovely welcome message on the duvet cover that spelled out "Welcome" in flower pedals. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious.
The staff provided everything we needed, and made us feel important and welcome. They seemed to anticipate what we needed even before we asked for it.
We will be back next year.
