I'm Japanese.
I stayed at this hotel for one night to see the Angkor Wat ruins.
The location is very good, and it takes about 10 minutes by motorbike to the pub street in the city and about 15 minutes to reach Angkor Wat.
The hotel staff were very kind, and even though I arrived at the hotel around 11pm, they gladly accepted my request for check-in, motorbike rental, and taxi arrangements.
They also rented motorbikes for $12 a day, which made for a very enjoyable trip.
I would like to stay here again if I visit Siem Reap again.
If I were to list some disadvantages,
1. If you don't rent a motorbike, the taxi fare will be quite expensive
(It cost $10 to go from the hotel to Angkor Wat in the early morning)
2. I may not have used it properly, but the shower temperature never rose to its full level, which I found a little inconvenient.
