Great little place. Bungalow style accommodations just outside the city centre and across the road from the Phrae Circus. Staff are very hospitable, friendly and helpful. They gave us snacks and drinks every time we came back from day tours.

Lovely mini resort of traditional wood bungalows grouped around two pools. Pleasant landscaping with trees and bushes. The bungalows are equipped with nice, well dimensioned bathrooms, bathtubs and glass showers. The breakfast is served at your private bungalow (On tablecloths!) Decent food is avalaible throughout the day. There is tolerable noise from trucks passing by at night. Staff is friendly and you will be given a small gift when checking out. Transportation by tuktuk to downtown is provided between 5-7p.m..

Absolutely beautiful place with outstanding service! We had a much better time here than in a five star hotel a few days before. I can only recommend! If you read this, do not hesitate to reserve your spot! Will definitely return in the future!

It’s a little out of the city, but this make the hotel more quiet and peaceful. If you want to be away from noisy central area, it’s a good alternative - they also provide free tuktuk to central area, only one way. The service is amazing! Everyone is smiling all the time and they try their best to make you feel comfortable. Breakfast with additional $5 worth the money. I also read on the reviews that people get free coconut, but that wasn’t a case for me, maybe they don’t do it any more. There are two pools surrounded by the bungalows and both very nice. I only had two issues: The small towels were dirty (or maybe old?). I didn’t need them, if I told them to change I’m sure they would do that. T to blame the hotel but just a note. And there were many lizards not inside the room, but outside on the walls and on the dining table. I couldn’t continue my breakfast outside due to this issue. But maybe this is ok for many people as the hotel is located in the middle of the nature with a great garden. My final note is about the details: l was on a work trip alone in Siem Reap and wanted to treat myself a nice hotel for my birthday and choose here. Although they’re not obliged to do that, small gestures would have been nice - such as staff telling happy birthday, or a small cake or room upgrade for free etc as many hotels do. Again this is not something I was expecting, but just a suggestion to the hotel staff to make peoples stay even more memorable.

I was able to use one tuk tuk for free into town! The pool was nice too!

We have a very relaxing time at Angkor Heart Bungalow. We enjoyed breakfast at our terrace and swimming in the pool after a exhausting day visiting the temples. Staff provides 5 star service! Special mention for the person in reception (I don´t remember his name) who took care of any request or need immediately and effectively. Best customer service I have ever enjoyed!

Wonderful! The best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, the bungalows are gorgeous and clean with great A/C. Delicious breakfast is served right on your front porch and always on time. The hotel provides complimentary tuk-tuk service to Pub Street as well as airport pick-up. Multiple massage options are available in your room at a great price. But the staff is what really makes this place unforgettable—five stars all the way!

We loved our stay at the Angkor Heart Bungalow and highly recommend it! The private bungalows are spacious, clean, comfortable and air conditioned. The pool is refreshing, especially after a long hot day touring the sites. But best of all is the 5 star service by the concierge who was so very kind and helpful. All the hotel staff were absolutely outstanding. We appreciated everything they did to ensure we had a comfortable stay, from providing delicious breakfasts and snacks, to sightseeing recommendations and arranging for the excellent guide Sophan to guide us around the temple complex. They also arranged for the delightful Mr. Heng, an incredibly helpful and experienced tuk tuk driver, to take us around while we were there.

Unfortunately I was able to stay there only two nights, but the experience was completely worth it!! the service was excellent and the location wonderful, clean and completed with a warming and charming atmosphere. The Bungalows are immersed in nature, and customers have the possibility to choose to have their own private pool inside the Bungalow. The room service is excellent, workers are very polite and educated, at 24/7 disposal. Highly suggested!!!

Stayed for 4 days in this amazing accomodation - just 4 Bungalows with a private pool each and a receptionist Minea, who made our stay unforgetable. Amazing service, in the nature outside town Centre, ca. 10 minutes from town center by Tuktuk. They arrange free Tuktuk going to town Centre. We will definetely be back.

Such an adorable little place (only 5 wooden bungalows) with huge private pools. We are a family of 4 and sharing two large double beds in one room worked just fine (kids aged 11 and 14). The staff is very nice and attentive taking good care of the villas and the gardens/pools …always asking if you need anything else. They serve a really nice breakfast on your porch (lots to choose from) and you can order a delicious dinner (at a very good price). Between 5-7 pm they offer free tuk tuk to the close by town centre with lots of restaurants shops and a Pub Street. They also arranged some trips for us: Will definitely recommend going for a cool refreshing swim at the Phnom Kulen Waterfall - and don’t forget to stop for some fresh palm sugar juice on the way. We can’t imagine finding better private pool bungalows at this price range!

There are so many good things to say about Angkor Heart Bungalow. The staff are incredibly thoughtful, kind and great at what they do; the rooms are clean, and nicely made up; the showers and bathrooms are great; the air conditioning worked really well; breakfast was great; the pool is well maintained and just next to the rooms; and it’s just a short tuk tuk ride to the center of Siem Reap. The location is just across the road from Phare theater, which is definitely worth a visit. The only negative for some people might be the hum of traffic, but inside the bungalows it didn’t bother us. We found Angkor Heart Bungalow to be a wonderful place to relax after spending two long days exploring Angkor Wat, and we would recommend it highly to others.

Angkor Heart Bungalows. This accommodation was a great find, situated a short distance from the hussle & bussle of the busy tourist areas of the city centre. We were greeted by a friendly team of people who gave us a warm but unobtrusive welcome. The simply furnished wooden building contained a large bedroom and ensuite bathroom with a bath & shower. With a traditional authentic feel. The 2 pools are set in well-kept, pretty gardens with trees and shrubs. The staff were second to none, bringing cold towels, fruit juices, and biscuits or cake after a busy day around the city and breakfast served on the veranda. So pleased we found this place.
