The hotel has beautiful Khmer-style bungalows including a terrace, where among other things breakfast is served (since there is no classic restaurant) - absolutely wonderful. But everything was topped by the outstanding service and the attentive staff, they were absolutely fabulous. They noticed when we got up and served the breakfast accordingly, they noticed when we went to the pool and brought towels for us, they saw us getting ready to go to town and got the Tuk tuk ready, best of all: when they saw us come back from our day‘s excursion on our daughters‘ birthday they came with a cake (including candles) and sang „Happy Birthday“- they were amazing. Clear recommendation!

Great little place. Bungalow style accommodations just outside the city centre and across the road from the Phrae Circus. Staff are very hospitable, friendly and helpful. They gave us snacks and drinks every time we came back from day tours.

Lovely mini resort of traditional wood bungalows grouped around two pools. Pleasant landscaping with trees and bushes. The bungalows are equipped with nice, well dimensioned bathrooms, bathtubs and glass showers. The breakfast is served at your private bungalow (On tablecloths!) Decent food is avalaible throughout the day. There is tolerable noise from trucks passing by at night. Staff is friendly and you will be given a small gift when checking out. Transportation by tuktuk to downtown is provided between 5-7p.m..

Absolutely beautiful place with outstanding service! We had a much better time here than in a five star hotel a few days before. I can only recommend! If you read this, do not hesitate to reserve your spot! Will definitely return in the future!

It’s a little out of the city, but this make the hotel more quiet and peaceful. If you want to be away from noisy central area, it’s a good alternative - they also provide free tuktuk to central area, only one way. The service is amazing! Everyone is smiling all the time and they try their best to make you feel comfortable. Breakfast with additional $5 worth the money. I also read on the reviews that people get free coconut, but that wasn’t a case for me, maybe they don’t do it any more. There are two pools surrounded by the bungalows and both very nice. I only had two issues: The small towels were dirty (or maybe old?). I didn’t need them, if I told them to change I’m sure they would do that. T to blame the hotel but just a note. And there were many lizards not inside the room, but outside on the walls and on the dining table. I couldn’t continue my breakfast outside due to this issue. But maybe this is ok for many people as the hotel is located in the middle of the nature with a great garden. My final note is about the details: l was on a work trip alone in Siem Reap and wanted to treat myself a nice hotel for my birthday and choose here. Although they’re not obliged to do that, small gestures would have been nice - such as staff telling happy birthday, or a small cake or room upgrade for free etc as many hotels do. Again this is not something I was expecting, but just a suggestion to the hotel staff to make peoples stay even more memorable.

It's the best! All the staff, especially the manager (I forgot his name), were considerate to us every day. My son is small and can't reach the sink, so it would have been nice if there was a step stool. We only requested breakfast one day. The bread was amazing and the fruit was amazing. The massage was also cheap and good. Thank you so much. I'll definitely come again.

Although it is a small hotel, it is friendly and friendly, like family. It's quite far from Pub Street, so you have to take a taxi.

As soon as you arrive at the Korean family travel hotel, there is a friendly staff with a smiling face. They give you a welcome drink and handmade cookies while you wait. The swimming pool is nice, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff is very friendly.

I was able to use one tuk tuk for free into town! The pool was nice too!

4 nights stay at our Private Bungalow with immaculate pool. A few minutes away from Center City makes this place an ideal spot to relax and feel the ultimate ambiance. Hotel staff is the best that we have experienced. They were so attentive with our needs that we were quite pampered. Fresh fruits, refreshments, and cookies were always available after our daily tours. One day, laundry service was definitely a plus. During your stay at the Heart Bungalow, please use Heng Transportation Service for all tour transportation needs such as clean Van bigger groups and tuk tuk for 3-4 person needs in the city. Thank you so much. Because of Angkor Wat Heart Bungalow, we had the best stay in Siem Reap!

Hotel is located close to city centre, but away from the city noise. There are some bungalows with huge private pool (we got upgraded for free!). They provide free shuttle service to the center. Every afternoon we got tea, fruits and cookies for free! Stuff was amazing, especially Minea. She helped us with any question/request (and we had a lot). ;-) Thank you so much making our stay unforgettable!

We stayed for 4 nights in September 2024. We had a bungalow with our own private pool. It's a very relaxing and quiet place and about a 10 minute drive by tuk-tuk to the centre of Siem Reap. You have the option to eat in your private bungalow and the menu is quite varied. The staff are extremely helpful and kind and they made us feel very welcome. Our tuk-tuk driver Mr. Bean was fantastic. He took us to see many temples over a 3 day period and brought us to restaurants where the food was delicious. He was very helpful if we had any problems. Without a doubt we will stay here again if we ever return to Siem Reap.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a short tuk tuk ride from the town which was good as it’s nice and quiet. Admittedly next to a road which you do occasionally hear when a large lorry comes past but not enough to affect our stay at all. The wooden bungalows make it authentic and although dated our room was always super clean. What makes this place is the staff. The service is exceptional. The attentiveness of the team is amazing; cold drinks and cookies when you return, clean pools towels the minute you step into the pool, even at 10pm. And you never see them but then they just appear with what you need and you don’t even have to ask! Arranged our tuk tuk driver to Angkor Wat and taxi ti the airport all at really good rates.

Simply AMAZING attention to detail and a lovely envioroment and facilities. The staff is súper kind, friendly and wellcoming. Specially NahNah, who was in charge, was very efficent and took care of every little detail without having to ask for it: from offering little snacks on the house, from providing extra towels when he saw us going to the pool, to organising our breakfast. All of this extremelly wellpresented, on time and with a genuïne smile. Just spectacular service! Truly I cannot recomend this place enough, it was the perfect way to spend the last two days of our trip. Thank so much to all the staff for making feel at home from minute one. Simply wonderful experience.
