Value for money is perfect. Room was not cleaned for three days in row, stuff claiming not having understood our request to omit cleaning in the first day only (of four days). So please always make sure you are understood. Breakfast is simple and limited (eggs dish, little plate or fruits and coffee). The location, general style (traditional Cambodian) are great, the stuff very nice.

Great place to stay, I stayed here for 3 nights and the pricing was very affordable. Spacious and very clean rooms and a well maintained property. The staff is always available and friendly, a family run property and they take care of it really well. Would definitely recommend. Very conveniently located close to the Pub street, Old market, night market and the river side if your want to explore street food.

Very clean room, great service, good breakfast, good location (only 5 minute walk to the Pub street), and great value. Good AC and 2 free water bottles each day.I would definitely return again.

I loved this hotel as the simplicity of the decor made for a very peaceful stay. The room was a good size and super clean. The location was very near Pub Street and the centre.

Wow, what a Fantastic Hotel. Amazing room and amenities. I had the best time there in all. Great bed, shower, towels, breakfast and service from the staff and moto drivers. The location is close walking distance to Pub street, but far enough away to hear nothing. Lane way access is rough and not sign posted, but well worth the trouble. I would highly recommend staying at this Hotel. I’ll be back.

The Uncle Sam Villa was really wonderful! It is along a quiet alleyway, near the largest Wat in Siem Reep, beside the river. It is an easy walk to Pub Street... or along the river to the Royal Palace. They hotel has dedicated TukTuk drivers always waiting out front, eager to take you anywhere. The rooms are large and comfortable. Comfortable beds, with good linens. Soft towels. 24-hr hot water. There is a long, narrow balcony off the central hallway. The included breakfast, while not enormous, was ample and delicious: Eggs, Bacon, toast, coffee, and fruit. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely a good choice in Siem Reep!

A family run boutique hotel and overalls experience is good as we expected.

The location of the hotel is good as it is near to the main tourist spots of Siem Reap. However the attitude of the owner is not good. My friends thought our breakfasts were included. No one noticed us and the staffs served us the breakfasts like it was already paid. During the checkout, they charged us and we tried to negotiate with the owner with good manner. But the attitude of owner was extreme bad.

Value for price - a decent hotel with spacious room and nice bathroom. Located very conveniently in the center within walking distance to night markets.
