I'm felling fresh and happy.

Stayed here for 10 days while exploring Siam Reap. If your expecting the Ritz Carlton this is not the place for you, but if your looking for a genuine family run Hotel this is the place for you. The rooms are Basic but clean, the pool is cool and refreshing and the breakfast is perfect but ideal for the start to the day. We ate at the restaurant onsite one night and the food was good, most nights we went local restaurants for drink then came back and had a beer or two by the pool. Rooms were cleaned daily, fresh towels provided along with water, WiFi was included with our room and was perfect for connecting with Family after a day out exploring or researching what we will be doing the following day. Every Member of staff we met and interacted with was very helpful, Special Mention to Liam who went out of his way to help and made us feel like we were staying with Family. Tuk Tuks available outside the front door, we used the guys out to the temples most days and also for trips down to pub street and back to the airport.

Excellent value. Beautiful well maintained facility. Nice pool just big enough for laps. Clean, family operated hotel, comfortable walking distance to markets, Pub Street etc. Beautiful, cozy building that doesn't feel like you're in a HolidayInn or similar in the States. Staff very helpful. Free breakfast, simple but delicious freshly prepared cheese omelet, French bread and local fruits with fresh brewed coffee. Great! Only drawback: no elevator; but they have rooms on the Ground Floor too. They arranged a taxi for us to airport cheaper than anything I could find. I highly recommend them. I'll stay here again for 10 days again next year.

Our experience in this hotel has been the worst. We booked for 4 nights and we decided to leave early because it was that bad. When we arrived they didnt know how much money in "reil" we needed to pay we had been a while trying to get them to understand how much we needed to pay. It was late we were tired and their were mosquito's. When we went to the room their was a fan and aircon but no controller for the aircon. So we went to ask for the controller only to be told that we needed to pay $5 extra per day. We spoke with the boss he was very rude and sexist. He told us if we wanted to leave we have to pay the 15% comission for *********** over the 4 nights so we decided to pay for 3 nights of aircon and see how it was. The first night we felt like their were insects in the bed we thought it coupd be the sheets. But on the second night it got worse we couldent sleep and decided to leave the following morning. We had asked for a refund for the 2 nights we didnt sleep. He said we booked a cheap room that was non-refundable so it had gone from the 15% cancelation before we had paid.To no refund at all so we took the 5 dollars for the 3rd day of aircon and left. Other than this situation problems in the room 1. Door from the bathroom didnt close 2. Everytime you took a shower the floor wouod flood. 3. The room doesnt have a fridge. 4.We asked for a quiet room and we were infront of the restaursnt. 5.At night their was no sign to help find the hotel. 6.The aircon was very noisy and old 7.Only one light worked in the room 8.Their was a bid dead fly on the floor from the first day. (So much for cleaning your room) 9. Linen amd towel with lots of marks and holes. 10. Go to another Hotel

We booked via agoda and had a smooth check in at 10pm. They were waiting for our arrival as we're the last guests for that day. Friendly staff, they always have this genuine, shy smile on their faces - very much appreciated! Free breakfast includes baguette, eggs, slices of bananas, pineapple and watermelon and coffee or tea. Rooms are very clean, AC works well. Bed is nice, comfy blanket! Smells good too :) They only have toilet papers though. They provide travel agency services as well. We asked our receptionist to book our direct bus to Bangkok for $28 and we were picked up by tuktuk on the day of our departure. You have to try their chicken curry!! Oh my, soo tasty! so good!! I can eat it all day for a week! Pool is nice. It was quiet during our stay so we really enjoyed it. about 15 minute walk to Pub st. Tuktuk for $2.
