It is a new hotel. However, not having iron and hair dryer available is not acceptable. You could just go out and buy. IT DOESN'T COST A FORTUNE
+ Room is huge
+ staff can speak English
+ Bathroom size is reasonable
+ the staff can speak English
+ the balcony is great (wish there is a ceiling fan there)
+ swimming pool (pretty small)
+great recommendation on tour guide
- no hair dryer + iron
- wish the shower has a separation screen from the toilet

This is one of the best value for money hotels we've ever stayed in. The rooms are huge and have beautiful furniture. Everything is spotlessly clean. The location is just a minute's walk up a lane from a good area of Siem Reap. All the staff are super polite. Clean rooftop pool. The food is delicious. We stayed for a week and had the 7 day Angkor Pass. I chose this place over the larger hotels because the reviews were so good. Absolutely brilliant place to stay in a wonderful part of the world. All the photos shown are accurate.

This is a new and clean hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the facilities, amenities, and staff are all excellent. The quality exceeded the price in every way, making for a very satisfying stay.
The breakfast served on the terrace on the top floor was also great. (It's not a buffet, but is served by the staff, and you can choose between coffee or tea.)
The hotel is a little hard to find, so be careful not to take the wrong turn.
The only disappointing thing is that there wasn't much hot water.

Everything was perfect. The hotel was completely renovated. Very attentive staff... They even speak Spanish. The facilities were in very good condition. Great value for money. Very comfortable bed. Great location in Cambodia and a quiet place to relax.
You couldn't ask for more. Everything was fantastic and incredible. Totally recommendable. 🥰🥰😍🤩🥳🥳
