Tunnel Urban Retreat Staff are very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was smooth with no fuss. The place is not quite in the central area but easily accessible, plus hotel provides free tuktuk in the evening going to the center.
Hotel is safe and quiet, design is quirky and relaxing. Recommended for travellers who like to travel light and easy!

Nice, clean hotel, comfortable bed. They greet you with a fruit plate and a cool drink. Breakfasts are hearty and delicious. The staff is very responsive, smiling and ready to help. There is a parking space. Shower with hot water, there was no foreign smell in the room. The territory is well-groomed, in greenery. We liked it. We recommend 👍

We had a lovely time ar Tunnel Urban Retreat! The rooms were perfect for us, staying with two parents and two kids in a double room. The staf really makes sure you have everything you need. The pool was lovely and breakfast was excellent.

This is a great hotel that anyone coming to Siem Reap should try. The staff are brilliant and are always trying to make your stay perfect. They offer a great free tuck tuck into the city centre on an evening. Breakfast is great with complimentary fruit with each main course. Also complimentary fruit is brought to the sun loungers in an afternoon if you are by the pool. Bar is well stocked and very competitively priced. Honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.

Brilliant. Nothing but high praise for this quirky hotel. Excellent staff, particularly Din Chhiv and Samong who were always kind and attentive. We also arranged day trips and loved Cambodia and the people. Hotel spotlessly clean, great swimming pool and good food.

Sir Chhiv, Misses Charath, Nich and all the staff are very charming, gentel, helpfull otherwise having a heart on one's sleeve. And olso discreet and respectfull. I spent very great time among them. Avalaible a restaurant, nice swimming pool very shady. The breakfast with fresh fruits is well presented, tasty and sweety. The Tunnel Urban Retreat is near by the office where you can buy your ticket for visiting all ANKOR WAT Temples. And olso visiting the old market and having choice for restaurant. I will come again in this hotel.

Small hotel but a real oasis from the hustle and bustle of the city, rooms are small and quirky, pool was a godsend in the heat and staff are very helpful and polite. It’s a good location with a free tuk tuk to pub street, although it’s within walking distance
