The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the water in the bathroom was yellow and cloudy during my entire stay. Was told it would be fixed but unfortunately it wasn't.

Initially, we booked a twin deluxe room with direct pool access through Trip.com. The moment we arrived there, they gave us a free upgrade to King Suite Room with two king-size bed! Marvelous! They also provided free pick-up transfer from Siem Reap Angkor International Airport to the hotel (which is definitely a plus as the city centre located far away from the new airport (approximate 40 minutes drive from the airport). The hotel environment is stunning and serene!
However, the water in the shower room does have some fishy smell. I believe it's because of the water pollution from the night market (same district with the hotel). Besides all of that, everything is great, from hospitality service to the local tour planning.

We were unlucky with room, water in the tub was kind of yellow but after 5 minutes of flowing it finally become normal, except this small issue whicj was only in our room, everything else was great, staff is, so nice and warm.
