Excellent hotel. Latest hotel opened in town with beautiful Khmer carvings and decoration style. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful like you would see for five star hotel.
Pool is very nice with towels placed on lounge chair and changed regularly.
They have a good breakfast included with the room as I don't remember choosing the option when booking.
Very good location, one block away from pub street and closed to the national museum or the night food market. The hotel is in a quiet location.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The people from the reception were very attentive and supportive and helped us to book a tuk tuk for a day tour in Angkor wat. They gave us welcome drinks too. Overall was a 5 but I was a little bit frustrated because I wanted to use the gym but the gym was open from 7 am to 7 pm. That made it imposible for me to use it after a long day tour or before a tour because we arrived to late or we had to leave early. In every hotel we stayed the gym is open until 10 pm, so that people can use it after dinner but they close it at 7 pm…. I hope they can extend the opening hours. The breakfast was great ok.

First, the staff could work on their politeness. They weren’t outright rude, but their attitude felt indifferent at times, which made me feel less welcomed.
Additionally, I was surprised by the strict smoking policy and the hefty $250 charge for any violations. While I understand the need for such policies, it would have been helpful if this was communicated more clearly during check-in to avoid misunderstandings.
The rooms and facilities were otherwise satisfactory, but the service left room for improvement.”
