Cute little hotel, nothing special and a bit far from city center but easily reachable by tuktuk. Matress is a bit hard

For a very quick trip to see Angkor Wat and the surrounding temples and area, I was looking a for a hotel that was fairly small, quiet, green, and ideally had a pool. The Nature is exactly that. Friendly staff go out of their way to make it a very pleasant stay, always available, always happy to help. Many are trainees and very young, more authentic and natural than polished and experienced. A very welcoming environment. Welcome drink and fruit, complimentary tea in the afternoon, jungle-like garden, pool and excellent restaurant completed the experience of the comfortable room. The location is slightly outside of town, technically walking distance, but not a particularly nice walk, and the hotel offers convenient tuk tuk service to get around. We took advantage of that and booked Mr. Bee for a sunset excursion right after our arrival as well as an all-day (starting at sunrise) tour for the next day. He was awesome. I wish we had more time to also explore the less-visited sites in the area with him. Next time... Mr. Chenda was able to take us into town for an evening. Whatsapp allows for communication with the hotel as well as directly with the drivers.

We had a lovely stay at The Nature in Siem Reap. The staff were professional, kind and helpful. In particular, Joseph helped us to arrange plenty of activities and was very kind throughout our stay. Mr Daro was also very helpful when he acted as our driver for a half day tour of Angkor Wat and surrounding temples. The hotel is peaceful and clean, the food is good and it was easy to accommodate vegetarians. The hotel also have a tuk tuk arrangement similar to a taxi rank, so it is very easy to get to the city centre.

I travel a lot. I've stayed in many, many hotels. This may be the very best. Room: we opted for the Honeymoon Suite, and it was splendid: spacious, clean, comfortable and attractive. The shower was outstanding, and it was nice having a small fridge in the room. The WiFi was flawless. If I want to quibble I would comment that an outlet on both sides of the bed would have been nice, but that's a very minor point. Grounds: lush with greenery, the pool and the grounds are beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained. Food: I'm not a big fan of the set breakfast menu, but all of the options were tasty, and staff were accommodating when we requested modifications. We ate dinner here one night and it was much better than I would expect from a hotel restaurant. Staff: this is where The Nature really shines. The staff were absolutely delightful; not just gracious and helpful, but genuinely friendly in a way that completely put us at ease. Every time we returned from an outing they came to the door to greet us, with our room key in hand, and often a cold towel and drink as well. Location: my concerns about being 7-10 minutes outside of town were groundless. Tuk tuks are on-site at all times; whenever we wanted to go somewhere they were instantly available, and the driver would come to pick us up as soon as we were ready. As an added bonus tuk tuks are free from 6:00-9:30 PM, though it barely matters since the ride cost $1-2 USD otherwise. I should also note that, in addition to the set tuk tuk tours on offer, the hotel allowed me to create my own itinerary twice, for very fair rates. In short, I can't imagine you will find nicer accommodations in Siem Reap, and certainly not a better value. We stayed here five nights and were sad to leave.

This was such a great boutique hotel. Loved the atmosphere and staff was so great and attentive. Trained so well. Teaching younger generation the service industry. The pictures represent the rooms and gardens/pool perfectly. The food and cocktails were fantastic.
