Reservoir Hotels

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel! Perfect breakfast, healthy and fabulous shakes, the best coffee and lovely staff. We highly recommend a stay in Reservoir hotels! Waking up in the pool with a fresh coconut, practice yoga or join sound healing.

I moved from another hotel as I saw that they have very beautiful bathtub and cool swimming pool. I LOVE IT!!! There were not so many staff and not many guest so very quiet to relax. I always stay by the pool and enjoyed my drink. On my checkout day the staff helped me to book the ticket to phnom penh with free pickup service from hotel to station which is very convenience. I wish to stay longer!!

Location is close to pub street, night market and supermarket. hotel helped with going to angkor wat in the morning and tuktuk for the next day. the hotel also organised our trip to phnom penh. very good for value, thanks for a great stay!

I’ve worked in luxury hotels across the Middle East and Asia for over 10 years, and running my own Agency now in hospitality, so I understand what true hospitality feels like, and Reservoir completely exceeded my expectations in its own unique way. This boutique hotel may be small in size, but it delivers a level of service that truly stands out. The staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They all speak English and genuinely care about the guests. One moment that really impressed me was during my last-minute checkout, I almost missed my bus because I didn’t know where the main terminal was. The staff acted quickly, called the bus company for me, and helped me figure out the way. Their speed and dedication really saved the day, and I’m so grateful for that. The location is also perfect, right in the center, yet peaceful. There’s plenty to do nearby, and the hotel offers daily yoga classes in the morning and at sunset, which added a really special touch to my stay. The food is amazing, My room was also very comfy, clean, cozy, and perfect for a good night’s rest after a day of exploring I would love to return again during high season to experience it all over again with a different energy. A gem! A great find!! I visited at least 10 very highly rated, similarly priced hotels to decide where to stay. Out if all the places I visited, this one was by FAR the most comfortable, had no weird smells. The bed was heavenly. A warm bath after s long days was wonderful! I extended my stay in Siem Reap because I loved it so much. Mr. Nimol was a very had a very helpful manager and Srey Tev an excellent housekeeping manager. Together they created a respectful, efficient team that helped make my stay so amazing. Highly recommended!

I initially planned to stay in the Golden Boutique Hotel only a few nights while I sorted out more semi-permanent accommodation. I was so pleasantly surprised by the great rooms and exceptional staff that I changed plans and will be staying in this hotel for the next few months. The rooms are reasonably basic but very comfortable and liveable as long as you don’t intend staying in the room for extended periods. The shower and toilet are one of the best you’ll find and water pressure and temperature was spot on (important for me). The amazing bath tub is a bonus but have yet to indulge. As for the facilities they have a very nice restaurant area. As you’d expect prices are slightly higher than you can find out and about but for the sheer convenience it’s worth eating here. The infinity style pool is incredible and has great seating around the manicured gardens. As a digital nomad the big bonus for me was the fantastic workspace. I spent more time here than anywhere else. With a functional, comfortable and quiet setup this was a perfect working environment. The accomodating staff always make sure you’re well hydrated and well fed. Really have nothing negative to say about this wonderful hotel and amazing staff. If you’re staying in Siem Reap do yourself a favour and stay here.
