Hot Springs Hotels in Siem Reap

I travelled to Siem Reap alone and as a solo female traveller, I cannot stress enough how safe and wonderful my experience was staying at this hotel. Here's some info to consider if you decide to stay here: 1. Service: The best ever! Although, I would say this for absolutely every local I met, such beautiful people. Mr. Key and team certainly deserve 5 stars, very attentive, polite, friendly and hands-on...you made my stay worth every penny. Thank you for your kind hospitality 🙏🏻 2. Facilities: The hotel is beautiful and elegant and has such a peaceful energy as you walk in. The room I stayed in was incredible, squeaky clean, tidy, spacious, harmonious and the bed/pillows felt like a cloud after a long day, it has a mini bar and I don't think I've ever cared much about the robes...but I gotta say, the softest robes ever! Not to mention that I do appreciate that the bed linen, towels and robe smell good and clean. The pool is very clean and surrounded by a well kept garden. There's a gym and the spa service is not to be missed, the masseuse is very skilled, strong yet gentle, I came out of the session feeling refreshed and my skin was so silky, do get the scrub! 3. Breakfast: There's a little cozy restaurant that offers a variety of food. Breakfast is buffet style with a delicious western and local menu to choose from. They also prepare fresh omelettes, yum. The staff in the restaurant are very courteous and friendly, I personally enjoyed talking to Sa and Sokhim. 4. Location/transportation: The hotel is located at about 10mins from the city centre and places of interest like Pub Street and the Markets, and about 20mins from Angkor Wat. They offer free tuk tuk rides and can arrange airport transportation from/to the airport. My only complaint is that I didn't stay long enough...but that's on me 😁 Oh and because the atmosphere of the hotel is all natural, do expect to see some friendly lizards and other garden pets while walking around the facilities🦎 So, be careful not to hurt them. This is now my go-to place to stay in Siem Reap!

Impeccable service (a special thank you to the manager, John), exquisite, carefully thought out design (you can literally swim from your balcony), and outstanding amenities, I genuinely believe Memoire Palace Resort & Spa has established itself as the premier destination for travelers seeking an unforgettable experience in Siem Reap. Some of my favorite parts about the hotel and experience in general were: Interior & Exterior Architecture: A harmonious blend of traditional Khmer influences and contemporary elegance creates a truly breathtaking atmosphere. The attention to detail in the interior design, with its lavish furnishings, excellent choice of lighting, and unique artistic touches, elevates the overall experience to new heights. The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with state-of-the-art amenities. The plush bedding, tranquil ambiance, and panoramic views create an oasis of relaxation. The Exceptional Service: One of the standout features of Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is its commitment to providing exceptional service to its guests and the environment. The staff members are attentive, courteous and go above and beyond to meet every guest's needs. The manager even made an effort to visit me at the gym as he could not greet me at the reception. The hotel's staff is truly dedicated to creating a seamless and memorable stay for each visitor. In addition, the commitment to a plastic-free experience was impressive - there was literally none in all the facilities. They should be commended. Culinary Options: Memoire Palace Resort & Spa boasts an impressive array of dining options, each offering a unique culinary experience. From traditional Khmer delicacies to international flavors. The Stage 1960 had an impressive menu with imported meats I doubt can be found elsewhere; breakfast every morning was beautiful with the freshest local ingredients to create innovative dishes; even the room service, typically an afterthought, was thoughtful with something for everyone. Location: The Royal Family Suite by Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is ideally located. The hotel is a stone's throw away from the magnificent Angkor Wat, allowing guests to easily explore the UNESCO World Heritage site. Additionally, it's only a 2-minute ride to the bustling Old Market and the vibrant Pub Street, providing convenient access to local markets, shops, and lively nightlife. Tuk-tuk drivers are on standby outside the hotel so there is no wait In summary, Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is a beacon of luxury, hospitality, and elegance in Siem Reap. I have yet to find a flaw! Whether you are a business traveler, family, or here for a honeymoon - I highly recommend choosing this resort when booking your accommodation in Siem Reap!

Quiet in the noisy, good service, and overall satisfaction. The room details are very good, and the decoration design is almost a bit relative to the price/performance ratio.

The team at the Golden Temple Retreat is exceptional. During my stay, they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel is pristine, with beautiful rooms and public spaces. The ambiance is relaxing, and the staff are incredibly helpful and attentive. The hotel location is great — just a few minutes away from Pub Street and the Old Market. The staff arranged all of my transportation, and also organized my private day tours for a rate that was significantly cheaper than any of the tours I found online. After a long day of exploring Siem Reap, the hotel pool was the perfect place to unwind with a cocktail. There is also a beautiful spa on site, making it easy to relax. Can’t wait to visit again!

We had a great time at the FCC. The open plan layout really feels like you are in the forest despite being next to the river in town and a short walk from the action of pub street. Rooms are well appointed, and staff are extremely welcoming with great English. The breakfasts are also fantastic - make sure to try some of the Asian options which are extra special. Double spa prices before using, maybe some confusion over inclusion of tax etc.

The rooms are unique and the interior is very ”Cambodia feels”. Rooms are also spacious, comfortable and affordable. Love their balcony with pool view. There is no elevator so you may consider 1st floor rooms if you have luggages. Though they will help you carry your things. Location wise - can take tuktuk to go to places such as the night market and pub street. The only downside: Swimming pool wasn't maintained well and it not so inviting to swim (hope they able to maintain it and maximize the good ambiance of the pool). Other items in the room are not well maintained such as the water kettle is rusty and the bathrobes got holes/tears. Love their lobby/receiving area too. It is very cozy area and love the scents! Staff are very welcoming and very polite despite of the communication barrier. They are very patient. The phone in my original room wasn't working and asked for replacement since I may need the phone during my stay. I appreciate Trey for stepping out and settled the issue. They have good food as well. They even packed my breakfast when one of my tour started at 0430hr. They also offer complimentary foot massage and discounts for food/bar and spa. I was able to try their Khmer Massage at La Dear Spa on my last night. I recommend Vanra for the relaxing spa experience.

Hotel is very conveniently located. close enough to walk to Pub street and the night market, yet far away enough to not have your sleep disrupted by the noise and crowds of prople. surrounded by local and international restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, we needed a wheelchair and they arranged everything for us. Breakfast had a good variety of local and western food with even an omelette station. Only 15 min away from Angkor Wat complex by tuktuk. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Fantastic experience. Very professional and friendly staff. Very clean, neat and tidy hotel Great and very new bathroom, bed and fittings. We were fortunate enough to receive an upgraded room. Rooftop pool and bar was beautiful and attractive. The dining room for a buffet breakfast was spacious, and had a small but comprehensive and delicious menu. Option to sit inside or out. Convenience store across the road, and 5 minute walk to the main tourist pub/restaurant street. I booked a 1 day Angkor Wat area tour with a driver, a spacious car and a guide via the reception desk, and the car was very punctual. If possible, I would stay here again.

The hotel has beautiful premises inside and outside. It's very clean, and the staff is exceptional. We enjoyed the breakfast very much and especially the noodle soup station where they make everything to your liking; also a variety of delicious bread. It's a good location, about 16 -18 minutes walk to the Pub street or you can take a tuk tuk as there are plenty of them. We preferred walking. We had dinner one night and lunch in the hotel's restaurant and the food was tasty. On arrival we asked to change our room to the one overlooking the garden and pool as the view in the front of the building overlooking the road wasn't that great. We had of course to pay the difference but it was much nicer. It's a shame that the hotel wasn't very full during our stay. We enjoyed staying 4 nights there and definitely would recommend this hotel.

Lotus Blanc Resort provided a fantastic experience from start to finish. The warm welcome, beautiful landscaping, and comfortable rooms with modern amenities made my stay memorable. Dining was a highlight, with an excellent breakfast buffet and a standout restaurant. The serene pool, top-notch spa, and well-equipped fitness center added to the enjoyment.Conveniently located with helpful shuttle services, exploring nearby attractions was easy. The attentive and friendly staff made the stay even better. Overall, Lotus Blanc Resort offers luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.
