Rather disappointed with the hotel -certainly not a 4 star hotel.The staff are friendly but the rooms and bathrooms are cramped and need some repairs. Overall expensive for what you get.

Harbour bay hotel Hotel was clean, dinner was lovely, breakfast very bland, staff not that friendly, we choose a room upgrade from standard to courtyard but didnt feel value for money. Good situation of hotel close to town

Our first room was very small, manageable for no more than a single night. So tiny there was no space for our cases. However Martin sorted a larger room without any drama and we had a great stay.

Stay was ok Hotel was ok, tv did not work for o e day which was strange, apparently there was a £25 meal credit, hotel did not advise me of this at all.

Lots of nice things about the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the room itself was fine. But we experienced a few problems (tv not working and bath not emptying and poor cleanliness in the bathroom) and although we reported these nothing was done to resolve them which was disappointing. Been to this hotel before, unlikely to go again.

Mother and daughter weekend away Just returned from a 2 night stay. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The room was fantastic. The beds were so comfortable. The shower was great! The restaurant served delicious food - we had dinner and breakfast. We will be back!

Night away Lovely location with sea views at breskfast/ when dining. Room was comfortable. Facilities great. Water could’ve been a bit hotter for showering, but this would not detract me from staying again or recommending to others

Small basic single room. No pillowcases or towels when I arrived. Not as comfortable as the other rooms I have stayed in in this hotel. Very good breakfast and great view from dining room
