The location is very good, very close to the station. Very good service and excellent breakfast.

The location is beautiful, super clean and well-served, the internet is not good. A serious problem we had was that the establishment offers you tourist transfers and to the airport, which operates you one of the gentlemen working on the site, at last we asked you to take us to the airport and send the child to make the Transfer, when we arrived, we charged 50% more than the recorded, we called the establishment and Lord refused to answer and finally we had to pay what they charged us, which seemed to us very unhappy, so be careful to this Lord.

The hotel is good, the price is very good, the living is quite comfortable, if the sea view is perfect, the courtyard is slightly darker, but you will feel very surprised when entering

Très décevant pour un 5 etoiles, l hôtel la maison blanche a perdu son faste d antan.... On arrive sur les étages de chambres sur moquettes non aspirées depuis des mois certainement tellement elles sont sales, on découvre certe une chambre spacieuse ( d'où le critère 5 étoiles) mais qui est vétuste et a besoin de rafraîchissement, la salle de bain est spacieuse mais sans confort et surtout avec des articles de toilettes déjà utilisés.... La literie reste confortable. Le petit déjeuner est un cauchemar....pas digne d un 5 étoiles . Il faut demander pour avoir des viennoiseries, le café il faut racler les fonds de thermos pour en avoir car ils ne rechargent pas, le fromage qui date de on ne sait quand et la charcuterie sèche et déshydratée. Vraiment vivement que les responsables se rendent compte de ce qu est un vrai 5 étoiles et même en Tunisie .... Ouvrez vos yeux!!!

Hotel location is good, the entrance is in the alley. Breakfast is very ordinary, there is a restaurant not far from the house. Be careful not to listen to the staff's command. Be sure to see the seat yourself.

The location close to the lac and tunisia mall and all attractive near by taxi 10 minutes the staff was so welcoming special thanks to marwa and youssef the hotel has parking and you can take taxi within 10 minutes most of the attractions in capital tunis.

First of all, just arrived in the room housekeeper seems to knock on the wrong door, and then found a strange hair on the bathroom towel. The bathrobe was all threaded. The cocktail made by the pool was not good, far worse than Radisson blu. The technology needed to be improved on the equipment head. The restaurant on the roof was too dark and the menu could not be seen clearly. The restaurant by the pool is good, the food is very good, w is the leading girl who seems to have no idea what she is doing, led us to a table that is not cleaned up, but there are actually many tables empty. Again, the hotel logo is not very clear, and many guests are constantly looking for their own room. Breakfast is OK. Overall, if measured by the standards of the four seasons, this may be the most embarrassing Four Seasons Hotel I have ever stayed in. By the way, the garden can be taken care of more carefully.

This hotel is such a great find in Tunis! Not only if the location superb, literally at the entrance to the Medina where shops and food vendors are steps away, but it’s also such a pretty and unique hotel. The decor is gorgeous and the views overlooking the Medina square is great for people watching. Service is great as well! The staff is very helpful. Everything felt very safe as well. I highly recommend this unique stay while in Tunis!

Hotel Tiba (Tunis) (room 209) +Good location, by the main shopping street with restaurants, 6min walk to medina, 5min walk to supermarket Monoprix. -Bad Wi-fi, suddently stopped working, not good if you plan to work with your laptop. -No refrigerator in the room. -No iron in the room (don't know if reception have it). -Some irritating sound every minute, at night too, like someone was hammering the wall. -Breakfast on 4th floor starts at 07:00, but the door opened at 07:15 but not all food was out yet (see my pictures when all food was out). -Security guy by the entrance could at least look happy and smile to customers or say hi. +/- It cost 4 TND per night for the ”tourist tax”. I travel a lot as you can see my reviews and I'm not picky, the hotels don't need to do much to get customers satisfied, but instead they not professional.
