I just came back from a holiday there with my family and it was a great experience. The rooms are great! The beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable but it’s not that big of a deal. The food and service was great too! They cant speak English that well so its very hard to communicate if you cant speak Turkish or German. The location of the hotel is Perfect, just a small walk and you’re at the beach, and there are some pools out there, but there is almost to no place of putting your stuff on a bench because they are always taken by other people. But it was just a great holiday, I recommend it!!!

Top Hotel, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr aufmerksames, freundlich zugewandtes Personal. Familiäre Athmosphähere. Sehr gute Küche mit großer Vielfalt. Lage direkt am Strand mit hoteleigenen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Service auch am Strand.0

Mit der ganzen Familie (8 Personen) im Grand Side. Sehr sauber.. aber etwas abgenutzt im Interieur. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Vollpension mit hervorragenden Büffets, morgens, mittags, abends! Bitte aber nicht im Restaurant reservieren… lohnt sich nicht.

Ik heb eerder een positieve beoordeling achtergelaten na onze eerste ervaring maar deze trek ik bij deze in!!!!!!! MENSEN GA HIER NOOIT HEEN ALS JE GEZONDHEID JE LIEF IS!!!! Ik ben zeer erg ziek geworden tijdens mijn vakantie en heb er top heden nog steeds zeer veel last van ( artsen in nl gaven aan dat het een bacterie was die veroorzaakt was door een niet goed schoongemaakte airco). We hadden een kamer met een extra groot balkon in het hoofdgebouw als je op het balkon stond lekte er bruine smurrie op het balkon. Bovendien was het personeel van de receptie zeer gast onvriendelijk!!!!! Wij gaan hier nooit meer terug mijn gezondheid is mij meer waard dan een vakantie in side !!!!!!!!! Dit nooit meer !!!!!!!!

Mooi hotel met leuke animatie en een top fotograaf! Maar het personeel daarbuiten walgelijk! Zeker die van de receptie. Wij zijn vandaag terug gekomen, bij het uit checken moesten we nog wat betalen. Prima hoort er bij deed de pin het ineens niet. En werd ons verzocht om contact te betalen. Terwijl wij dit de avond van te voren hadden gevraagd ivm extra geld pinnen. Maar dat hoefde niet. Nou blijkbaar wel , en werd ons verzocht om nog even snel geld te halen terwijl onze bus er binnen 10a 15 min zou zijn plus 2 kleine kinderen. Dit hebben wij geweigerd en hebben dit ook aangegeven niet te doen . Toen deed meneer van de balie ineens het stekkertje van ze pin automaat er in en konden we wel pinnen. Kregen geen ontbijt mee helemaal niks en moesten het maar uitzoeken dit (hadden we ook gevraagd avond voor vertrek) Overal zijn ze gefocust op fooi snap ik mensen werken hard voor weinig . In dit hotel komen voornamelijk Duitse mensen die er al jaren komen en die veel fooi geven en dus op handen worden gedragen. Wij kregen niet eens de kans om een praatje of een fooi te geven want ze negeerde ons gewoon. Voor ons echt nooit meer en zal ze ook zeker niet aanraden. Wat jammer is want de kamers en het hotel en animatie is top .

Durch die dunkle Fassade macht das Hotel eine etwas düsteren ersten Eindruck. Auf auf dem Flur im Nebengebäude ist es dunkel, dass man Abend kaum den Schlitz für die Karte findet, um Licht zu bekommen. Wir hatten jeweils ein Doppelzimmer zur alleinigen Nutzung,,es war ausreichend groß, im Bett wunderbar geschlafen und es wurde täglich saubergemacht und es gab sogar jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Alle Hotelmitarbeiter waren überaus freundlich. Was ich noch nie in einem Hotel erlebt habe, alle Urlauber grüßten sich. Zum Abendessen war jeden Abend anders eingedeckt, entsprechend war die Kleidung der Kellner. Das Essen war gut, es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Meine Freundin und ich hatten die 15minütige Schnuppermassage genutzt. Im Anschluss gab es eine ausführliche Diagnose. Auch so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Eigentlich meide ich Massagen in Hotels, sie sind teuer und nur ein Streicheln. Aber hier - die Masseurinnen wussten was sie tun. Man kann sie wirklich mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Zum Strand, es gab ausreichend Liegen. Allerdings benötigt man wirklich Bades huhenum ins Wasser zu gehen. Allerdings gab es noch zwei Dinge, die uns nicht gefallen haben: Es gab an der Poolbar keine Getränkekarte, ich hätte schon gern ausgesucht welchen Cocktail ich trinke. Ebenfalls an der Poolbar waren mehre Schilder angebracht hat, nicht in Badebekleidung zum Essen zu kommen. Das störte aber einen großen Teil der Urlauber nicht. Sie ignorieren die Schilder. Und es zum großen Teil kein schöner Anblick den man hatte.

Super Hotel, nicht zu groß, hat einen familiären Charakter. Essen absolut top und abwechslungsreich. Geschmacklich wirklich gut, zudem gibt es verschiedene Themenabende. Das Personal - angefangen von der Reinigungsdame über Kellner bis zum Rezeptionsmitarbeiter - sind ALLE sehr bemüht und überaus freundlich. Auch das Animationsteam ist nett, aber nicht aufdringlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Olga, die ganz tolle Water-Gym-Einheiten hält, von denen Jung und Alt begeistert ist. Es gibt abwechslungsreiches Programm, das für jede Altersgruppe passt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön, werden täglich gereinigt - es fehlt an nichts. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt hier wirklich.

Hôtel au top avec des prestations superbes, animations au cours de la journée avec des activités et le soir souvent des shows proposés par les animateurs qui sont super gentils et investis. Le personnel au niveau du service ou de la réception sont également très accueillant et gentil. Chambres propres et l’hôtel et très familial !

Hotel bardzo dobry. Wspaniała obsługa, doskonałe różnorodne jedzenie. Drinki lane uczciwie jeżeli chodzi o alkohole. Plus - nie ma ruskich. W większości Niemcy, Francuzi, śladowe ilości Holendrów. Minus - obsługa po angielsku nawet prostych zwrotów nie za bardzo. Trzeba sobie przypominać niemiecki z liceum lub z filmów ;-). Animacje też świetne ( po niemiecku i francusku ). Nie ma walki o leżaki. Ufff jak dobrze. Minusy - plaża tragiczna. Owszem piasek ale w wodzie zatopione jakieś betonowe płyty wzdłuż całego wybrzeża nieregularnie - śliskie i kanciaste. Albo trafisz palcem i boli albo staniesz na tym i nogi się rozjeżdżają. Po 2 wyjściach na plaże zdecydowaliśmy się resztę urlopu spędzić na basenie. Basen świetny jak nie ma dzieci. Bo inaczej sytuacja taka - basen z rurami i zjeżdzalniami pusty bo płytki i dorośli nie chcą tam siedzieć. Zabierają bombelki na duży i w dużym same dmuchańce, skoki do wody, chlapanie, wrzaski, gonitwy. Ale jak rodziny wyjechały - basen miodzio. Ogólnie mimo pewnych minusów, które zawsze są - jesteśmy zadowoleni i hotel polecamy.
