Sun City Apartments & Hotel

This is our 2nd time visiting this hotel, we absolutely love it here, staff are all amazing, kristina and firat that do entertainment are fab they do an amazing job, food is good, always something for everyone on the all inclusive and the alcart menu is also very good. Rooms are lovely, cleaned daily to a good standard, pool areas loverly and also kept clean and well maintained, kids club is very good, lots for kids to do, gym is also good and well equipped, shuttle bus free to go the beach leaves a few times a day. Will defiantly be coming back in September. Thank you to all staff for making our holiday another one to remember.

The rooms are lovely and clean the different selection of pools are amazing maybe a little cold but the food and entertainment is the best part honestly they put alot of hard work and effort to keep everyone adult and child happy and the staff are lovely I've really enjoyed my stay here and I hope to visit again soon - scotland

The entertainment staff are great and Freddie in the buffet was fantastic. The rooms are sub par. 4 adults, one child. A double bed, 2 singles and then a sort of bed in the living room. Wasn't suitable and reception wasn't interested when we told them it wasn't what we booked. The staff however who deal with everything else, from entertainment to food are lovely, I can't fault them. The kids club and disco staff are amazing with the children. But be prepared for less sleep, the entertainment lasts a long time and the walls are paper thin. Apart from that, the hotel is lovely, the pools are great and it's close to everything you need.

Best bit for us were the pools, kids had freedom to spend all day up and down the slides! The hotel itself is mostly clean and well ran, few bits could do with updating but thats holiday hotels for you, doesn't bother us at all. Staff all friendly and we really loved our stay. Noisy little boys full of energy are very welcome here! Recommend doing the spa/massage treatment while there, i doubt we could have found better for the price and location. We went self catering, ate in restaurant off the all inclusive twice, it seemed ok but I was glad it wasnt our only option. For the price and location this hotel really has it all for a couple with two kids age 7 and 10, it was ideal for us. I recommend going to side old town, and also land of legends theme park.

My family and I have just returned from a 10 day holiday and I can honestly say we absolutely loved it. The hotel is very clean, the apartment was very clean, comfortable and plenty big enough for our family of 2 adults, a 5, 3 and 1 year old. The swimming pools and surrounding areas/gardens were all well kept, clean and tidy. The food in the a la carte restaurant was really nice and not too pricey. The staff though were fantastic. Freddy and Christina who are part of the entertainment team are amazing. Christina was in charge of the kids club and all I can say is the kids loved spending time with her, she is so caring and looked after them like they are here own. The on site photographer was such a lovely man and did some great photos for us of the kids and us as a family. The bar staff, especially Franco were great. We were treated like family and we cannot wait to go back again. The hotel is situated near to all the amenities you need such as supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. The beach a 10 minutes walk away down a steep slope. Lots of lovely restaurants down there and shops too. Altogether we found the hotel to be amazing, and we very much enjoyed our holiday. We just wish we had gone for longer. Thank you to the whole team, Claire, Lee and kids.

Me and my husband returned for the second time on 17th April 2024 for 1 week. The first time we came was August 2023, along with a lot of family and friends as me and my husband were getting married. The hotel and the staff have been amazing each time, the rooms have a fridge, a small portable hob to cook if you want along with cutlery and plates etc. There are 2 restaurants, 1 is for all inclusive but I wouldn't recommend it unless your on a budget. We all used the al a carte restaurant last year and the food was fabulous and reasonably priced. This year we went all inclusive but the food wasn't always great. Breakfast was usually okay, general beans, mushrooms, fresh omelette, fried eggs, toast, all your cereals, jams etc but lunch and dinner usually consisted of soup, chips and pastas. The rest of the food varied with different types of chicken, fish and more local food like vine leaves with rice inside. Plenty fresh salad and cakes but some days the cakes and some food were a bit tasteless. The alcohol bar is not great on all inclusive, very very basic but you do get water, fruit juice, tea and coffee as and when although the bar closes at 10pm. When we come again we will be going self catering with the al a carte. There is a shop onsite, again reasonably priced and offers snacks, juice, alcohol, blow up things for the pool etc. You do have to pay for WiFi but it's only €10 for 1 week or 350 lira. There are 5 pools, 2 for small children, 1 for young to teens with slides and 2 other larger pools, 1 at each end of the hotel. The atmosphere is always great! The staff are amazing but the entertainers Firat and Christina are amazing!! They really make you feel welcome, get adults and children involved in all activities. The adult entertainment is usually, water aerobics, yoga, darts, shooting (blanks) but there's always something in the evening aswell, karaoke, quiz nights, belly dancers amongst a few other acticities. I feel like I've known Christina and firat for years, they are awesome people. All the other staff are also amazing, always want to chat and have a laugh and take care of you. If you want to go outside to spend time there are plenty shops, bars, restaurants all withing walking distance. The beach isn't too far but there is a bus to take you there and back at certain times of the day. The beach is not included with all inclusive so you will have to pay for snacks, ice cream etc. I can't fault this hotel or anything about it (other than the all inclusive food) and we will definately be back.

We have had a fantastic 4 days here. Perfect weather for April. The staff are all friendly and helpful, right down to the cleaners and groundskeepers. Pools are immaculately clean. Lots of loungers and parasols. Loved having breakfast at the hotel, you have to try the freshly cooked omelette. We will definitely visit this hotel again. Thank you for looking after us so well.
