I booked a family room for 4 people. The room has 1 double bed and 2 sofas. There are 4 pillows but blankets only 1 piece for a double bed The hotel does not have an elevator. We have to carry our big luggage upstairs by selves.

We didn’t expect 5 star as we didn’t pay 5 star money, but we did expect better. The hotel was clean and serviceable, quite dated in areas. Our room, well where do I start, the shower was filthy, the toilet was not fastened to the floor or wall and we only got fresh towels when we finally asked for them after 3 days. There is no lift in this hotel and we were on the 3rd floor, only access is a spiral staircase and floors are very sloppy especially as they don’t seem to care that people wander through soaking wet from the pool. Our breakfast was included (Turkish only) but we ate out most days as not a lot to it. All in all I have to say this was poor.

Very nice quiet hotel. Breakfast is very nice and staff pleasant. Pool area immaculate. My son and I were given a studio but told it was only for one night. They kept changing their minds as to whether we kept the room as it was a dearer price. This meant we couldn't unpack for 3 days. Eventually, we kept the room.Aside from this, it would have been a 5 star stay

Very nice place to stay. The good location, good hospitality, helpful staffs are this hotel points of strange. Definitely I will advise this hotel to others and I will stay there again for my next trip.

The staff is very friendly. The facilities are clean and everything works. The breakfast is sufficient. It fills you up. There is nothing to complain about in terms of value for money. There are many shops and restaurants not far away, which can be reached quickly on foot.

Small cozy hotel in the center of Side. 8 minutes to the sea, 10 minutes to the Old Town along the Promenade. Breakfast is different every day. The food is delicious. Wi-Fi is fast and free. Each room has free air conditioning and flat-screen TV. We had lunch at a cafe nearby (see photo), where the food is very tasty and the prices are very reasonable. Lentil soup in July 2023 cost 55 liras, tea 10 liras. We bought food for dinner at Migros and Carrefur nearby. Minus: during the 6 days of our stay, neither the bed nor towels were changed, we took out the garbage ourselves. We had to ask for toilet paper and garbage bags. The staff speaks mostly Turkish, some English.

I went to this hotel with my girlfriend. Very dirty, lots of mold in the bathroom. Very dirty bed. Mites and cockroaches. No breakfast buffet. Rotten food. No feel-good feeling. Mr. Kadir (owner/manager) is very arrogant and disrespectful. Very aggressive when complaining. Photos of the hotel were taken by the manager using Photoshop and Unreal. The hotel is very dirty. Lots of mold, dirt, cockroaches, dirty bed, lots of broken furniture. Not recommended at all. Waste of time and money. You can catch diseases!!!!

They were also unfriendly and disrespectful, as was the local tour guide: Mehmet. Unfortunately, I had to endure one night there. The next morning at breakfast, the tables were dirty. There is no breakfast buffet. Only one plate is prepared: small honey and Nutella packets, 2 slices of bread and 2 slices each of tomatoes and cucumbers that were very dry and apparently from the day before. Definitely not recommended, stay away from this moldy place. The self-made pictures of the hotel definitely do not reflect the reality and condition on site!!!
