We enoyed our stay here. Hotel personal was kind, allways helpfull also speaks mostly german. Food was pretty good. Rooms were clean. Every night except one there was evening programm. For 30th anniversary of hotel we got gifts wich was very nice. Beach is sandy with a lot of chairs and umbrellas so you allways pick one. Same by the pool. But there were people by pool who threw their towels on chairs and left pool and left to the beach..

This is not hotel with 4*+.Terrible staff disrespecting guests. The hotel was oldfashioned. The drinking is terrible. Beer is like water. Only a couple of cocktails are okay. The food is monotonous. Snack bar is missing. Only one bar is here, no beach bar as was in description. No animation, no music playing guests are not entertained. Personal can speak only in German. We found cockroach into the pool so probably there are in the kitchen too. What is positive: beach are directly behind the hotel and in front of the hotel are many markets, so you can spend time there.

We went to check availablility but were stopped at the entrance by a gaurd. He said the hotel is "only for internationals". We explained that we are in fact Swedish citizens (we just happen to not be white). The gaurd shook his head no and refused to let us go in to the reception.

Older hotel and smaller but with atmosphere. Nice placed at good coast and close to antic Side . Room good equippend and staff was perfect in bar and in restaurant. Drinks in glass. Meal not something extra but taste well. Only omlet at breakfast from not fresh eggs and ham also bad. Good view at sea side from room and restaurant. Only - too much loud and stupid animation!

Ein Top Hotel,was ich und mein Mann nur weiterempfehlen können. Top Mitarbeiter!Super Essen,für jeden etwas dabei.Alle total herzlich dort.Super toller Pool.Toller Strand und ausreichend Liegen an Pool und d Strand.Poolbar super 😘Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder ☺️

Het hotel was erg schoon , het eten was erg goed , veel oudere ,(95 % Duits van de badmeester mocht heel weinig . En was vaak chagrijnig, De Receptie was goed Van de obers waren er 3 niet leuk , chagarijnig , vooral memet van niet leuk verder ligging top , en alles goed geregeld Alleen de handdoeken op de kamer 2 keer per week verwisselen dat kan dus niet

Der Speisen Raum stinkt na verbrannten Fet. Nach drei Tagen Durchfall, Bauchsmerzen, was im ganzem Hotel zu hören war. Ein horror Urlaub. Der Zimmer service war hilfsbereit. Besserung ist wünschenswert. Positiv, eine schöne Strand Promenade.

Wir kommen seit einigen Jahren ins DEFNE STAR Hotel. Die Gründe sind insbesondere der Service im Hotel von der Rezeption, der Küche mit dem Speiseangebot über Büffetform, der Zimmerreinigung, dem Veranstaltungsteam, der Poolbar. Die Zimmer sind top mit eigenem Flair. Die Bedingungen vom Defne Star Strand sind super .Wir möchte uns bei allen Mitarbeitern für den schönen Urlaub bedanken. Besonders möchten wir uns aber bei ihren Mitarbeiter Osman Yildiz bedanken. Ein freundlicher, immer hilfsbereiter und dankbarer Mitarbeiter. Eine Perle für das Hotel. DEFNE STAR ist 30. Nach vielen Aufenthalten hier im Defne star , sind wir wieder begeistert. Zimmer sind top , Klimaanlage funktioniert. Essen ist sehr gut , Personal und Oberkellner Ibrahim sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Marco ist am Strand für die Liegen verantwortlich , sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder
