Side Star Park Hotel - All Inclusive

Very bad reception service woman called sultan very RUDE NO MANNER NO SORRY TO CLIENT, the gym some facilities fault I was reported 3 x I been stay there 10 days, but we are VIP THIS 3 visit this hotel last may 7 to 17 2025 we very disappointed from receptionist rude attitude woman no apology I will never recommend them to English people bad service no activities until 11 pm music stop until 10 am very boring for 4 star hotel poor customer service no way I will come back there again I am so upset over all my whole holiday

Great little 4 star hotel Good food never got board if it Decent rooms super clean Fantastic location right in the resort centre I have been to better hotels but not for this price it’s a good 4 star hotel not a 5 star resort but your not paying 5 star prices The staff are amazing nothing is too much trouble couldn’t ask for more Big thank you to batu for making our holiday great and all the other hard working staff,

Spent 10 nights at this hotel and it was very good. The hotel was spotless, the pool was a good size and the pool area was spotless. Some reviews have criticised the food, however we found the food very good, a lot of choice, fantastic salads, tasty meat from the grill, a good mix of Turkish and european cuisine. It is not a la carte dining but a buffet, the food was fresh and topped up regularly. We used two of the speciality a la carte restaurants, the Ottoman and the fish restaurant and both were excellent. I have a food intolerance and labelling was excellent. On arrival the reception also provided a document in Turkish which detailed the food restrictions, this could be used to make sure staff were aware of my restrictions. The all-inclusive drinks were ok, a bit sweet but palatable. Ice lollies were available at all times, ice cream was at restricted times. The mini bar was free and contained beer, soft drinks, water and iced tea. It was replenished regularly. A large bottle of water was also provided and replenished as necessary. There were two gala nights, Octoberfest and a Turkish night, these were great and the food was fantastic at both. The evening entertainment was enthusiastic and fun. Pool towels were provided in a tote bag and could be changed daily. Currency in use was predominately the euro so take more euros than Turkish lira. One criticism is the beds were very hard but overall a very good hotel.

Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable entertainment is good staff are friendly the location is amazing the views are very good a lot of good music in the hotel the staff are very helpful if you are in need of help and I would definitely come again

We are currently half way through a 2 week stay and, all in all, having an enjoyable holiday. ROOMS: At this time of year the cooling is disabled on the central air conditioning system so when the temperature is in the mid 20s (as it had been for the first few days) the bedroom becomes overly stuffy and warm. However, we slept with the balcony door slightly open which made it more comfortable..... problem solved if you're not on the Ground Floor. The maids work really hard and are super efficient.....clean linen and towels daily. The free mini-bar is a nice touch, as are the free beach towels. Rooms......8/10 PS....All hotel staff are super helpful and professional RESTAURANT: It's very much a mixed bag as far as the food is concerned. The breakfasts are geared more towards the predominantly German clientele.....continental "pressed" meat and other unusual cold options which I couldn't identify. The cheeses are bland/tasteless compared to the UK and other European countries. A poor show of hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs sat in water and some of the worst cereal selections I've come across. Lunch and Dinner..... The grilled meats were tough/bordering on inedible when served bone-in (e.g. lamb cutlets). The burgers served every lunchtime were good, as were the boneless chicken thighs and breast steaks when they were available. Salad selections are ok but you can't really mess up with lettuce, grated carrot etc. Vegetables were always available and well cooked. Warm flatbreads with various toppings were also good and available at every meal. At every meal, we were able to find and enjoy a plateful of food but you have to explore all the options in the bains-maries to get there. Desserts were actually the strongest part of the lunch and dinner service, they're consistently decent and plentiful. Restaurant...7/10 CONCLUSION: We paid £1500.00 for 2 weeks all inclusive. The 4 star Jet2 rating and Sidestar's own 5 star rating are generously high. However, I would definitely return at this time of year as the value for money is definitely 5 star. Don't come with high expectations of superb cuisine but do enjoy a decent hotel at an excellent price.
