Everything is great, but cleaning is not done every day!?🙏

No 24hr snack bar, food catered for one diet type- onions, tomatoes, sprouts in mayonnaise! Stale bread, Terrible Wifi in room 20e but charged double as it was used by 2 devices, then charged for 2 extra days and threatened with police if i didnt pay it. 6am start if you want a sun bed as there arent enough, not nearly enough parasols. People were fighting over them and police were called. Predominately catered for Russian guests as they were main clientele. Staff speak very little english- bar staff cant get a drink order correct. Room old and falling to bits, patio door wouldnt close properly. Bag and towel stolen from room. Room was also dirty even though cleaners in daily. Constantly hounded to buy from sellers from the (all inclusive) hotel walking round the pool. Came home with anxiety through the roof. 2 adults, 3 children

Hotel complex is huge, therefore noisy especially when full capacity in summer. We had family resort room on ground floor, on the right side of the picture. Room was big but with old furniture, broken chair, dirty toilet and bathroom. The worst was horrible smell there. Cleaning was everyday but it needs proper cleaning. Entire hotel area seem to me old. I believe staff is doing great job, in restaurant - tasty food despite of quantity, garden well taken care of, entertaiment team doing fun. Many activities for kids, water park, rope park… Pictures on hotel page looks much better than actual. Hotel just simply needs to renew. Good luck.

we arrived late evening and when arrived there was a male worker to take our suitcases they then gave us they key to our room he then walked us outside of the main entrance we were very confused and then quickly became more confused when he walked over to a car? we then started to drive down this massive hill and this room was all the way near the beach wich we did not ask for it also only had a double bed and for this occasion we needed 2 separate beds so we told the worker we aren’t staying here and want to be in the main building so he drove us back and we got it sorted out to be in the main building with no issues or extra costs. but i must say if you are staying in a room down near the beach and want to go for breakfast and dinner in the main building be warned because it’s a pretty long walk to do everyday. A main reason why i chose this hotel was because of the water slides however no where on the website did it say that they are only open 10:00-12:00 then 2:00-4:00 this was very annoying. as once they shut off you have to wait hours for them to be open again. even tho there are lifeguards they do absolutely nothing. as there are 3 levels of slides the lifeguards sit together on the middle row smoking and being on their phones they do occasionally say oh yes you can go but really do nothing and most slides are unsupervised. yes people were breaking rules going down together and backwards but they don’t care. if you are concerned about them not watching then maybe don’t come here but nothing will happen on the slides as they are safe. However in the pool they sit round the side just talking and smoking aswell i don’t belive they are watching the pool very much at all. I did hear them blow the whistle a few times for kids climbing on a bridge but that is about it not very safe. More reasons it’s unsafe. So when the water turns of in the smaller kids slides/aqua park area they all start walking and running up the slides which could be very dangerous as no one is watching even when the water is on the kids struggle to go down the slides as sometimes groups of boys are to busy sitting at the top trapping all the water for themselves. Also parts of tile is missing in the pool which could lead to an injury. Food. Definitely not a 5 star menu. most people i saw was having chips for breakfast? dosent that tell you everything. and the deserts are all so fancy and flavourful and as a fussy eater i just wanted some plain chocolate cake but no it has to have nuts or some type of jam/sauce in it. Also in the pool bar they only have pepsi not coke? what? Not only were there flags near the pools saying lifeguards on duty no there was not. only at the main pool was their lifeguards. even tho one slide was closed the other ones were great i suggest taking your own pool float with you because i think we payed £18 in turkish money for one at the hotel Zip line. before coming here i had no idea there was a zipline no one in the reviews talked about i

+ points: The resort itself is a good size and has great pools and slides and there is a lot of variety in buffets - points: staff are not friendly at all especially the reception staff, who it seems couldn't care less about guests. most people there trying to figure out how they can squeeze more money out of you. This is how they must have been trained my senior management . It seemed like none of the staff wanted to be there and this reflects in how they treat guests. You'll hardly actually find anyone smiling. The food is not very hot and not great quality.. and we are not very picky eaters Really not luxury at all at best a 3 star, but wouldn't go back there.

We arrived at 1am and were told there is a 24 hour bar that also serves food. There were no staff at the bar to serve drinks and the food is whatever they have left over from the evening dinner service. There was nothing left and no one was serving/preparing fresh food. The room was a good size but it was not clean. The carpet was heavily stained. We were travelling with a 2 year old so required a travel cot. This was not in the room when we arrived and took 3 hours for staff from the hotel to deliver it, when they did it was broken and the mattress was brown and yellow. The food at the hotel was shocking. Same thing served everyday, usually overcooked and not hot. If you try to eat at the A La Carte restaurant then you’ll find that it is basically the same food they serve at the buffet. Despite being ultra all inclusive guests, we chose to eat out most nights so that we could get something decent to eat. The premium spirits served at the bars are not premium spirits, they definitely fill up branded bottles with cheap spirits. The pools were clean and the toddler’s water park was good, but it definitely needed some maintenance. We never struggled to get a lounger around the pool. Overall, a lacklustre hotel, not sure how it’s getting 4 star rating on Trip Advisor.

Overall 4/10 - It was a Nice journey there. Steady flight. Shuttle bus was hard to find after checking out of the airport. But once we arrived at the hotel, it was luxurious looking and clean. Room was big and the overall look was amazing. Air con wasn't great and the shower was only just warm on max. No daily fridge stock up. Reception tried to kick us out 2 days early. We were sleeping at the time when we were rudely summoned to the reception. Then after explaining that we have a further 2days left.... The cleaner didn't leave us any towels! During the kids tiny disco there's options to buy popcorn or candy floss. The popcorn is 5 euro for the smallest box. In my opinion, this should be in the all inclusive aspect. Apart from the alcohol, I don't really feel like I got much from this hotel. Cleaner doesn't actually change sheets... She flips them. Still dirty. (blood stains from my unexpected period on the flip side) No WiFi. You have to pay 30 euros for 1 week for each device. Food & drink 4/10 - Plenty of cheese at the all you can eat! Basically I lived off cheese, bread, eggs & salad. I didn't expect to live off salad whilst on holiday but that was really all I wanted. The rice was sticky and the veg too soft. There was some meat like shredded chicken or turkey every now and again. But nothing to write home about. No curries or anything I looked forward to. Nothing Turkish! A la carte - you were supposed to get 3 of these... Fish restaurant... Mexican and Italian... Upon booking we could only book 2 which was Mexican. We goes to the restaurant... Waited 20 mins to be seated. Had salad and bread on table. We had to wait a further half hour for drinks. First course came after half hour. Then another half hour between courses. My daughter didn't even get her main course. We left before dessert and got asked to leave a tip! Said no and left. Food was good but service and lack of organisation let it down. 2 out of 10 id give it. The choice of drinks included in the all inclusive was watered down spirits and full fat soft drink, or beer. That's it. The cocktails you had to pay 9 euros for. Outdoor/pools 6/10 - Aqua park, slides, good. (aqua park only open 4 hours a day which we found strange. Hence the 6 out of 10) Lots of loungers. We didnt struggle for a place. Pools clean. Other activities such as zip lines, Trampoline, ariel were all over priced. Example - 10 euro for 10 mins on trampoline. Shopping inside and outside hotel 6/10 - ideally, I wanted to go to a big bazaar. The sort what takes hours to cover. But we got sent to a little mall type one where everything was overpriced. It only took us half hour to cover it. Also had to pay for our own taxis even though the rep organised a free shuttle. Shops directly outside hotel amazing and cheap though. The shops within the complex are all outside businesses and are shockingly expensive. I paid £20 for a life jacket for my 6 year old. An old frost bitten ice lolly was 5 euros! Across

Probably the worst holiday I have been on. Travelled as 3 families of 3 with small children. The food in the hotel is inedible and I mean it's bad. It's stone cold like they have removed it from a fridge. Even the entertainment staff were complaining about the food they are expected to eat. It got to the point on a 15 night holiday following food poisoning we had to eat out of the hotel for the remainder due to 2 of our party being pregnant and they couldn't risk it. The hotel is on 2 steep hills. Pushing pushchairs up from the pools to the main building is a task so if you're disabled if highly advise changing as you will not get around. All inclusive drinks are lacking and the cocktails available in reception (where no one goes) are pre made. The hotel is in huge need of some TLC, mold in the bathrooms, carpets that need scrubbing etc. This is in no way a 5* hotel. We informed multiple staff members but the only thing they could do was apologise. This was not good enough for the 100's per family we have had to spend to be able to eat. I would however like to praise the entertainment staff who helped us in anyway they could, even by going to pick us up a McDonald's one day. ❤️

Where to start Upon check in we were given a dirty room.with a broken toilet sear, no cups no toiletries and some kind of bugs crawling around on the carpet. Went to reception to complain. By the time we had another room sorted it was almost midnight. This holiday was sold as "ultra all inclusive' the only ultra thing is the shocking amount of bad service and extra charges. Never have I had to pay for WiFi before. No where in the brochure does it state the adventure playground is £20 euro per person. The food .... this is poor. There is no other word for it. The a la Carte.... poor this facility is not avaliable Now to the entertainment or lack of it. If you like Russian music played louder than a concert until midnight every night then this is the place for you. If you have young children it's really not for you. If I could give 0 stars I would
