Hotel is very good, big spaces, comfortable. Food is good, different cuisines, cook chef Bilal is the best chef in the hotel. Staff was very kind and helpful. Cleaning could be better. Waterslides 50% was out of service, so that need to be fixed.

It was an wonderful experience in the resort. Everything like cleanliness and all the services was perfect. The staff is wonderful. Special thanks to Eliff in restaurant for taking care of guests. I will visit this resort again. The location is very nice.

The hotel was exactly as shown in the official photos — spacious rooms cleaned daily, and several pools suitable for younger children, older kids, and adults. In mid-May, the pools were almost empty, so there were always plenty of sunbeds available by the pool or by the sea. The staff were very friendly and tried their best to help, even if their English wasn't perfect at times. The hotel is located near Side Old Town, which you can easily reach on foot or by local bus for just one euro per person. One of the highlights of our trip was the photoshoot with photographer Khan. I didn’t expect such a high-level experience. The session lasted around 45–60 minutes, and the photographer guided us clearly on what to do and how to pose. He spoke six languages (English, German, Russian, French, Indonesian, and Albanian), and there was also a videographer present. The photographer handled my extremely active son wonderfully, and I received over 100 beautiful photos and a video that looked like something out of a romantic movie. All of this came at a reasonable price, especially considering that two highly professional people were involved and the shoot lasted about an hour. It was an incredibly special memory from our trip. Another recommendation is the massage service. I had both a back massage and a full-body massage from an Asian lady who did an amazing job — unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but the experience was truly relaxing and professional.

Great service, setup is welcomed, Elif work is excellent. Nice views, lots of greens. Great location in the center of Side. A truly memorable stay! The staff is attentive, especially Elif. Every detail is thoughtfully arranged. Highly recommended!

Despite paying all inclusive , worst feeling as soon as check in need to pay for Wi-Fi, despite paying full everyday limited service such as kids pool slide only 2 hours. Not as shown in opening hours map.No kids entertainment, still construction, no air condition, no good food. Mainly there amphitheatre is still under construction. Our point is if you are not ready to operate for family why did you open booking in may holiday. We didn’t pay less when you were sort of service and entertainment. Management trying to save money, when complaint no response no apology, simply either take it or leave it. This hotel should be the last option just be sleep get up and go , nothing else . I wonder how can you even get five star with Resort name.

We had an amazing time at Horus paradise. Everywhere was clean and the staff are all amazing and friendly and made us feel very welcome. There is lots of food on the buffet but lots of it was personally not what we liked. This is the only reason I cannot give 5 stars.. others may find the food perfect but it wasn't always nice for us. The pools are lovely and it is an excellent location. Our local Rep Su was so, so helpful to us. She understood it was our first time in this country and she went above and beyond to look after us. I cannot thank her enough. We will definitely look to return to this complex soon.

We came here to spend Easter holiday and it was a good choice. All staff are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the Semsihan for her care and waiter Aykut Eryilmaz was doing his job great too. Gardeners are doing a big great job! Thank you.
