Horus Paradise Luxury Resort - All Inclusive

Me and my family visited Horus Paradise last year in April 2023 and it was the best experience, the staff were lovely especially sulejman, the customer service was astounding and overall it was an amazing experience. Returned once again to Horus Paradise May 2024 and it was the complete opposite. Staff are rude, smug and beyond stuck up. They refused service at the Mexican A La Carte Restaurant, did not ask what drinks we wanted, did not even communicate to me and my family. It was an extremely disappointing experiencing and when we brought it up to the manager he dismissed it and said “that’s just how it is” but, continued to give decent service to everyone else around us who were the same skin colour and background as us. Reception staff during the day are even worse, they do not want to do their jobs and all they do is laugh and talk about customers looks. The hotel key cards are so horrible, they stop working after a few uses and when you go to reception to get it changed they yell at you and blame you for “breaking it”. it would be useful for the Hotel to finally upgrade keycards or get ones that are attached to the wristbands rather than blaming the customers that pay their salaries. Staff at the bars, buffet and lobby are so careless as well. Seems like none of them like their job and have no manners at all. I always tip at every hotel i go to in Turkey and i give a generous amount at all times. However, at Horus when i gave the bar staff €40 they did not even have the decency to say thank you. The staff lack respect, mannerism and customer service skills. There is also no entertainment anymore during the day or in the evening. In April 2023 there was always entertainment, sadly it seems the staff have gotten lazy and all the good staff have left. There is also lack of food choices since last year, not a lot of food to choose from and a lot of the time it’s the same things being put out every dinner and lunch. Seems the Chefs are lazy too. The cheap prices truly represent how bad this hotel has gotten. It is not 5* anymore. They must change it to 3* maximum. It is disheartening to see how horrible this hotel has become and how many horrible staff they have recruited in the last year as it had a great reputation but that has absolutely gone down the toilet. I have spread the negative experience i have had and none of my family nor friends will ever visit this hotel. I hope management see this and learn to take the stick out of their Bum and manage their hotel and staff better otherwise the whole hotel will go down the drain.

We love hotel the good are so good and animation team is so perfect specially ikbal and Bella are so lovely everywhere are so clean so beatufel view from the hotel Room perfekt drinks and soda verry good hotel att all percect from age 1-99 this can only be 5 stars

The food is good and the staf i so kind They help a lot my i love to be with elana (ikbal) and Bella super animation Team the pool i Nice and clean you Can get som good drinks and the Rooms i clean and Nice the view is so Nice from the rooms i love this place i need to try came amd try ot at you self

Very nice hotel and really big. It has everything for a family trip and a friends-trip, including a nightdisco till 00:00. They have a poolbar and a beachbar that is open till late in the night. The food is oke and the location is great. The animation team is amazing especially Esma

The rooms are clean the food is excellent the hotel location is amazing the service is very good the animation is wonderful especially hatice and ezgi thank you very much to them I will come again It’s a hotel that I can recommend to everyone I liked it very much.

Really good, fun place with lots to do and really friendly and enjoyable staff, loved it loads, weather was great while we were there as well. Great activities for the kids as well, plenty of pools to go too and lots of shops around. The beach is right out side the door step

Hotel was really good animation was really good n fun food was good . Air con was not great at all would go back to here and would recommend it to any one travelling to Antalya . Thank you guys 💙
